The room was lovely and clean and it was in a really good area very close to the centre and places like the wall, the garden tomb and most of the other places that are worth seeing. Although there was no cooker but there was a microwave, fridge and kettle which was very handy. I would recommend this place and will stay here again when I come back. The owner is very accommodating and when I asked to change my room to get a bigger one, he was very good and offered me a bigger room. But then I decided to stay where I was in the room I had initially booked and he didn't get annoyed with me for changing my mind. Internet was good too. Excellent place!

Splendid week in Jerusalem around Purim! Excellent location for both transit and the Old City! We started to call this place home! The only minor issue was the ventilation panel in the bedroom, which allowed noise from the street to wake us up often. Still, amazing and totally wonderful home base for Jerusalem and going all around! Brilliant!

The host is a very nice person, I made a mistake in my reservation, and he helped me with great kindness. The rooms are clean and quiet with nice view outside. Well worth the price.

Everything except for Booking reservation this is not the first time Booking hurt me next time I will tell my friends to deal directly with the hotel or Air B and B

Booking double booked me I tried reaching Booking to help me for 3 hours so eventually the visitors at the property demanded I leave, lucky the owner of the property saw me in destress and helped me find other accommodations

The arrival instructions for the place were sent well in advance and were very clear. They considered my requests. The value for the price is excellent. There is a waiting area where you can leave your belongings and explore the city, both if you haven't checked in yet and after check-out. The best thing is the accessibility to transportation and the Old City. Very Recommended

Nothing really. It was all really good.

Perfect location between East and West Jerusalem. Easy walk to Herod/Damascus Gate, and New Gate. Not too far to Jaffa Gate. Close to the main town centre for restaurants, cafes, and transport to trips out. Handy video from host on how to find the room (which was definitely necessary). Apart from one noisy night it was relatively quiet location for the noisy city.

The bathroom vent didn't work well, so the air felt a bit stuffy before we turned the AC on.

Strategically located, close to Jaffa street and old city. Good check-in instructions, good communication with host. Clean, quite comfortable. Shared area with fridge, water dispenser, coffee machine and seating area. Room is simple. We had a small balcony.

Mind your head in the top floor rooms..yyou cannot communicate with host for 24 hrs during shabbath.

Though the hosts speak fluent English, I wished I had learned Hebrew to know more about the guests. One of them was Moshe Lederfien with his iconic pineapple.

The art works on the walls is gorgeous, and the location was both central and quiet. I will definitely return, but I suspect that when peace returns it will be harder to book a room.

Elevator is not working and it is quite a labirynth to finally reach the room. Difficult if you have luggage.

The host sent us all the instructions how to enter our room in advance. The room was small but very nice and the bed was large and comfortable. There were even orthopedic pillows and that was excellent. We enjoyed our one-night stay. Location is also great - close to the tram line, the Old City and the city hall. Thanks! We'll likely come again.

Yair, the host, is very attentive. He very kindly upgraded our room to one with a view of the walls of the old city. Located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood with parking outside. We were within walking distance from many sites.
