fitness center main cable machine was broken which made up most of the fitness center. The pool closed at 1700 which doesn't really make too much sense.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and super comfortable my wife and I had a great time relaxing in them. Location was beautiful and close to everything.

The hotel in some ways is showing its age and maintenance is slipping over the years In the room the AC panel didn't work you have to guess the settings The TV only has 7 of 55 random channels the rest have no signal and don't work The bathroom was large but the shower wasn't practical and is small. You have to squeeze into it while not splashing all the water onto the floor The bottles of water in the room weren't replaced You can smell smoke from the smoking rooms Rooms aren't sound proof

The hotel location is great for shopping and restaurants. We went during the off season so it was quiet and relaxed The breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from I'd definitely return.

Beautiful and big hotel, excellent location, 150 m from the beach, walking distance from restaurants and shopping malls. The stuff is very kind. Very clean. Excellent breakfast, exceeding expectation.

There are not enough parking places. On the day we arrived there was a line waiting to enter the parking lot which was full. There was an option to wait or look for a parking space in an area that is very crowded with tourists

Though not hotel's fault, but too many people smoking and drinking unauthorized alcohol in the pool area. Our AC control panel had no control over the AC: freezer mode or off. We asked to fix it, but they needed to wait for electrician which might happen in the future.

Breakfast was amazing, everything and anything you need, good quantities, well prepared, for kids and adults. Though the pool is not big, it was just enough. As it was August, it was crowded with too many ball games, but manageable. The room was clean and any complaint was address with urgency, daily cleaned. Location is excellent! close to all areas.

Smell in one of the rooms (471) was terrible, was sprayed the afternoon day after which improved. The air condition in the room stopped every 15-20 min, and one night and day after didn’t work at all - It was fixed relatively fast though, but still the air condition stopped every 15 min which was hot in the room. Breakfast was ok considering Passover kosher….

Pool was great, location was great and staff was friendly and fast.

The uncleaness around the pool there are signs that the smoking is not allowed and people smoke an none of the staff cares We got a suite with burning marks on the carpet and that makes you feel that you are in a dirty place.

we wanted to add another night for our stay and the oroce was outrageous! plus the prices at the bar were super hight pool really really small

big hotel, looks really good on the outside but the inside is kinda out off dated. we got a free upgrade for a bugger room with a sea view that was really nice.

The reception manager made the enurmous support for us to have a most pleasant time. Generally are very good feeling overall from the vibe the hotel and the staff and the facilities.

Price is very expensive Food quality is not the beat( especially the fish which handling them by the staff took very long and they were not froze/cold There is not a kids area or kids activities Swimming pool is small
