The rooftop pool is quite small and the seating area is very limited. The water was too warm.

The location is perfect, the hotel is superb. The staff was very attentive and friendly, the room was great. The cocktails at the bar were delicious.

This boutique hotel provides top rate facilities and amenities for its size. The SPA probably is the best in the country. Professional, clean, and very pleasant to stay. Feels homey. Very recommended.

Great location – right in the heart of Neve Tzedek and close to everything! The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – we couldn’t hear any noise from the street at all, which is especially important in such a central area. The whole hotel had a charming European vibe, from the warm and welcoming reception to the mostly English-speaking staff and the stylish, thoughtfully designed decor – it’s clear that a lot of attention was paid to the small details. But the highlight? The amazing breakfast! A small yet diverse menu with great options for vegans as well. Everything was absolutely delicious – wow!

Pet friendly hotel with beautiful rooms and great service. I enjoyed the rooftop and pool - a great place to relax. The spa is superb - it's expensive, but worth it. Location is incredible with Park Hamesila across the street, and all of Neve Tzedek, Nahlat Binyamin and the Carmel shuk close by.

the size of the room is quite small, even the room with a balcony. the lounge with a pool on the 7th floor was also small, with a lot of people

Ideally there would be lunch/dinner on offer, as well as a staffed bar, but assume this may be due to the situation post 7/10. Hopefully this will be on offer in happier times.

The rooftop/pool area is fairly small, and feels tight if there are more than 10 people in it The coffee in the breakfast can be better (and bigger)

The location is amazing! The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from restaurants, bars and other beautiful sites. The hotel itself and the room were clean, elegantly designed, and high-techy. We could feel that all of the facilities are new.

Swimming pool is very small (not enough seating area, and the few seats that were present weren't available), no cups for driking and no towels were available. Lifeguard wasn't nice and wasn't helpfull (everything we asked, he said he's just the lifeguard..).

Room design was very modern and comfortable, Cleaning services is very good, Breakfast was fantastic!

We weren't at the high-season but the pool area is quite small so I assume that in the more summer days It won't have room for all guests

Excellent hotel in Neve Tzedek. nice design, clean rooms, excellent croissants for breakfast. nice places to walk. 10 minutes to the beach. very friendly personnel. there were couple of small mishaps with service, but everything was corrected. received small excellent cake as a compliment.

It didn’t damage our stay but we were with a baby and there are couple of stairs in the hotel entrance which are not friendly for strollers / wheelchairs.

Staff is extremely nice, rooms are modern and breakfast is really high quality and tasty. Pool is really fun despite a bit small but also has an amazing view to the sea.

Good hotel, new. The pressure in the bathroom was not strong, but quickly fixed. Also changed the room, as initially there was noise from the air conditioners outside, the staff is very good.
