The bathroom in our room need to be renovated and sometimes there is smell coming from the WC

The crew was kind of cold and giving a bit of unwelcoming feeling. The place was clean and pleasent however, so the crew thing didn't bother us.

Great amenities, secured by a gate with a coder. Public transportation close by, 25 min walking distance from the beach and boardwalk. Nice places to sit and sun bathe outside.

Can't find anything to comment on negatively. Everything was perfect for me.

The appartment is located in a quiet area, 900m from everything, the staff is very nice and helping, the room i got was realy comfortable with a porch outside, a TV, an air conditioner and a small fridge. I realy enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back and stay again!

The air conditioner blew cold air on us directly in bed. Normally you can adjust the plastic flap so that it won't do that, but that did not work because the plastic was broken. Fortunately it was cool outside at night so we just turned off the air conditioner. But it should be fixed soon.

The TV wasn't run by remote control so had to get up to turn on/off and for volume. No reading lamp just a lava lamp.

Staff on site didn’t speak English. I asked for directions and no one could help. This place has so much potential but they need to hire someone else. Also provide options for restaurants, supermarkets , even a map would be extremely helpful.

The Villa it’s beautiful and updated. The bedroom on the third floor was spacious and comfortable. Shared bathroom always clean . Common areas are nice. The pool was great .

Property was a bit of a hike from the main drag and bus station of Eilat, 20-25 minutes.

I stayed two nights in the economy double room with shared bathroom. The bedroom was a good sized. It was fully equipped with cable tv, refrigerator and a/c. It had a view of the swimming pool. The bed was very comfortable and I had restful sleeps during my stay. The room was clean. The shared bathroom was clean. I did not use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing. There were plenty of places to lounge on the property outside of the house which is nice.

Communicating with the staff was quite challenging, as the girl who was there most of the time, didn´t speak English. That made communicating quite complicated. This girl couple of times found smoking in the garden. There were also often times when there was no staff at all to be found in the hotel, even at daytime. I took an arranged tour to Petra one morning, and really panicked, as the front door was locked and it couldn´t be opened from inside. So I couldn´t get our of the building. Finally I started shouting "please someone help" for many times, but no one answered. So obviously no one from the staff is in the hotel during nights and mornings (that was at 7.15). It felt really weird. I finally got out from the door that leads to the pool and got to the tour on time. This incident still freaked me out. What if there would be fire in the hotel and not only the front door but also the door to the pool would the locked?

The hotel is clean and nice and it feels new. The common kitchen is well equipped.

Very easy and comfortable, nothing not to like.

Very comfortable place to stay! Large spaces, cool and breezy, lovely to relax by the pool overlooking the mountains. Clean and well-equipped communal kitchen. Ample space, all other guests very respectable and easy to feel like you had your privacy in this guesthouse. I stayed overnight before a Jordan tour but would return someday to visit the diving sites, worth a visit!
