There was no charging. I also think the property could be well maintained cleanliness and hygiene

The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Diaa. He was very helpful for telling us good spots to visit. The facilities and common areas were very clean too.

Diaa made everything simple and easy, very friendly. The hostel was great very clean and had ac and rooftop.

Breakfast was nice, and the staff was helpful and sweet. The bed and sheets were clean, the lobby was nice and the smoking place outside was also great. The location of the hostel is good.

People in the room that I lived in threw a lot of their clothes near the bathroom, the smell of them was quite disgusting. Some people from the room were making too much noise after 00:00, at 03:00 at night and other timelines. It's like everything that happens in the room is none of personell issues. As advice, would be great if staff would provide some slippers for guests, I mean, you know a lot of people that travel light in hostels with their own slippers? I don't. The bathroom had no normal ventilation. I would recommend as improvement to ask some other people who own hostels or AI how to minimize such type of discomfort.And of course people just forget to turn off the light in the room - it's so difficult to install some movement trackers in the room for even some electricity economy? The main purpose of such places from my point of view - getting a normal sleep and to have a clean environment. It's not a difficult thing to do, but it requires guests to obey some basic rules. If you are non Israeli, you should be aware and vigilant of these weird mental states of some people that live here. As an example, I was in hostels in Europe, Japan, and it was amazing. Here don't expect too much, and at night time prepare for the worst.

His friendly approach and broad smile make me feel at home, safe, and comfortable. The rooms are nice and spacious, with perfectly made and clean beds. It's a treat for those of us who want a quiet, comfortable place to rest. I am grateful to DIA for his hospitality. Your warm smiles and attentive care always make my experience feel like home. Every time my friends and I come here, we immediately look for Diaa, He is already an old friend of us, and provides everyone with amazing and fun service, I love this hotel, and its amazing service, and of course arriving and receiving amazing service. thanks you diaa🙏

The personal is really amazing, the manager is a great person help you a lot and advise you to do tourism around they work with a travel agency

The cleaning guy have no much social skills but things that you have to ignore i guess

I’ve stayed here many times, it’s my second home. It’s the cleanest, coolest, best-located hostel in the city. You will not beat the value, it’s almost unbelievable.

I love everything about this place! The staff is amazing!

This hostel is in a great location, especially for the price. Beds are comfortable and they conveniently have a light and USB port for phone charging in each. Good vibe overall, as well.

Unfortunately my bed was dirty & they were still garbage between the mattress and the wall :-(

for a bunk bed one night, it was just fair.

I did not expect much from it. fair enough.

Perfect location, the bustop is right outside the door and any central coffee shop is a 5 minute walk. The Jerusalem Cinematheque is a short bus ride away, and we had a lovely weekend.

Cleanliness could be better, there are some unfinished electrical sockets by the bed, while not a safety hazard, they aren't the most pleasant.

Fantastic staff, unbeatable location.

I loved the breakfast. I also loved the privacy of having a curtain on the bunk bed.

It's nothing related to the hostel but the other guests in my dorm. Never experienced this behavior in hostels before - they were quite disrespectful coming in at all hours and talking loudly and using the hairdryer at 1 or 2 in the morning. No sleep basically.

the beds and rooms are kept in perfect condition, clean, and always fresh...the staff are awesome and always there if you need any help...a special shout-out to the exceptional chef hezi, his food and passion for cooking are unmatched and always super delicious and tasty...highly recommend this place, worth every penny👌🇮🇱
