Big space, complete amenities and nice location

Need to clean more the floor and the beedings should have a good scent.

Good location - It's was low season so the price was good value for money. Recently renovated, and clean room, very helpful staff.

The location is perfect, the rooms are renovated with modern equipment. Small kitchen, you can always make tea or coffee. Helpful stuff

The strong scent diffuser that disturbed us to breath. But after contacting the staff, it was turned off.

The location can't be beat. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the shower was terrific. The complimentary large bottle of cold water was most appreciated. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. I had a great five day stay here.

The room had a rather unpleasant smell. After I told the staff about it they tried to address it, but the smell persisted throughout my stay. The linen was comfortable but a bit yellow with age which was unpleasant. The window shades were also dingy. These issues would not prevent me from coming back.

My stay was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

It was filthy! Much smaller than the picture and beds were inadequate. We did not stay there and want our money back!

I found that the location is the only thing good about the hotel as it was close to the main center area / Machne Yehuda etc.

Firstly, the room had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke embedded in the walls (also a cigarette bud was left floating in the toilet), which made it extremely difficult to sleep and even caused me to develop a headache. This significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. Secondly, at the time of booking, I made two specific requests: 1. To have my room located near the additional room we reserved. 2. To avoid a room facing the main road, as I was concerned about noise—something that had been frequently mentioned in guest reviews. I received confirmation that the hotel would do its best to accommodate these requests. However, upon arrival, the front desk informed me that such requests should have been made by phone and that they do not review guest comments or requests made during the booking process. This was disappointing and contrary to the assurance I had previously received.
