Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Only after intervention by Ronit (the Customer Relations superintendent) we received attention and a reasonable solution for our request. Pity that our general impression from the hotel was affected (and ruined) by the reception lady.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the hotel. I told the hotel ahead of time we were coming to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and there were complimentary balloons, wine and chocolate waiting for her on arrival in the room - so thoughtful. The breakfast was incredible! Such a large variety. The pool was lovely - only wish it closed a little later than 5pm. The room and bathroom facilities were clean and really great. We had a really lovely stay! My husband needed a minyan and there was one in the shul on the property which was so helpful!

But beyond the comfort and service you’d expect from a great hotel, what truly stood out was the way the staff supported us during these challenging days for Israel. We felt their genuine care, kindness, and thoughtfulness. The team provided us with a sense of calm and safety, guided us through uncertainty, and offered flexible options and adjusted rates so we could extend our stay with ease. This is exactly what one hopes for in a hotel — and Leonardo Plaza delivered. I’ve had the chance to visit many places around the world, and I must say, we’ve rarely felt this well taken care of. On top of that, the breakfast and Shabbat meals were absolutely exquisite. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team! ❤️

The Leonardo Plaza Jerusalem has an excellent location, in the center of Jerusalem but also adjacent to a beautiful park that provides a peaceful aspect. The parking is more than convenient and reasonably priced. The view from our room provided a prime viewing spot for Jerusalem Day festivities in the street in front of the hotel! Ronit in customer relations always greeted us warmly, offered help and provided excellent customer service. The lobby was always clean, floors polished and fresh cut flowers . Concierge and security consistent and present. Breakfast was indulgent and tasty. Our room had plenty of drawers and storage space, clean and comfortable.

This is a wonderful hotel. The customer relations manager went out of her way to make my stay special. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was truly outstanding and one of the highlights. The variety and quality of the food was exceptional. This hotel is well located within walking distance of the centre and the old city. I highly recommend the Leonardo Plaza. This is my third stay. And I was upgraded to an old city view with a balcony.
