Location is very close to a light rail and Sarona Market. Very friendly and efficient staff. Nice swimming pool on the roof. Good breakfast.

This lovely boutique hotel is located far from the beach. I picked it because of the price and the rooftop pool. It isin a very industrial neighborhood, (car repairs shops etc…) which seems to be turning over somewhat. But it’s not a pleasant area to walk around. The good news, however, is that Sarona Park is just a five - ten minute walk from the hotel and the mall is about a 20 minute walk. The hotel needs some repairs. Our balcony door didn’t lock, and the smoke detector was sort of dangling from the ceiling.

The room was clean and well decorated, the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. The staff was very courteous. The rooftop pool was sparkling, and the view of the skyline was exciting.

Air conditioning was not very strong, it took a long of time for the room to cool down. Neighbourhood was not the greatest, far from the beach.

A more accurate depiction of the size of the pool online would have been nice. Perhaps more sunbeds on roof instead of other chairs. Other than that no complaints really.

I loved the rooftop the most, and the rooms were modern and luxurious. Staff answered any questions and provided me with the things I needed.

The pool was lovely but my niece did get asked by the other guests not to splash (she was just swimming) as they didn’t want to get their hair wet. I think it needs to state if it’s not a pool that is meant for swimming. There also appeared to be a bar up there but no one was manning it and the vending machine was completely covered. The wifi also didn’t really work by the pool. Our room wasn’t soundproofed and was a bit tired in its decor. Could do with a good freshen up. you could here a lot of outside noise but I am sensitive to noise so may not bother others as much. The location is great for some markets but no where near the beach and there are lots of building works happening (not hotels fault)

the breakfast was not that interesting, i have nothing to eat, eggs from two days ago, the breakfast should be ready from 8-11 in Saturday, but the staff arrived at 9:00. we didn’t receive the same room we reserved, and the reception keep saying all are the same. one of the guests show me that he ordered the same as mine and received the room i see in the pictures, no bar in the pool. I will never get back here 😔

Nicer, softer towels, but realy, all is OK, nice. cleand and maintained.

Very nice, calm an butik-like hotel. Facilities are great, breakfast is nice and rich, the room was very nice and modern with nice large screen TV, Shower is quite small but enough for the size of the room and what you need. Fridge and coffee facility in the room, new bottles of water every day- Perfect. Liked it a lot. The location is at the middle of a changing small idustry district but close to the center (not to the beach), few minutes walk from the train station.

The air conditioner keep turning off when i was away for the day, so I came back from work, it extremely warm, as the window door to the balcony gets hit with the sun. The bathroom may use a little better cleaning/ maintenance, but over all is a decent small hotel.

The hotel is located in an industrial zone, but the hotel is like little gem hidden in the middle. You walk in and it makes you feel at home, with the scent of luxury and great ambiance.

The room was dirty- stains all over the walls. The toilet stopped working. They sent to have someone to look at it, but she was unable to fix it. Instead of offering to switch me to a new room or even the courtesy of letting me know what was going on, I had to ask. They eventually placed me in a new room. Disappointing to say the least.

there is nothing to dislike really, the staff are fantastic. You have everything you need and you spend a lot of time outs of the hotel anyway, but when you are in the hotel it’s peaceful and quiet and you can rest in the shower and everything and the facilities were excellent 

A beautiful in an unusual spot, eclectic hotel, not directly in the centre of town, but easy with the scooters and the trams and the train. The staff were absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here as I will be myself again. there is also a rooftop pool, which is absolutely wonderful in the glorious sunshine of Tel Aviv .
