1) Amazing lake view 2) good food 3) nice swimming pool, you could always find a free place next to it regardless of the time you came

1) We waited for check-in for over an hour (even though we were with a small child). At the same time, to our questions about the readiness of the room, we received rather rude answers from the manager, who in theory should have helped us. The situation was resolved only after the intervention of another manager (thank him very much), who decided to settle us in another room 2) the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired, the bathroom was clearly cleaned in a hurry, with a bunch of someone's black hair on the floor 3) the elevators are very old and there are clearly not enough of them in the hotel for such a number of vacationers, we had to wait for the elevators for a long time

Breakfast was excellent though overcrowded. We wanted a getaway in israel Tiveria was a good location.

Pool is rusting on the bottom and round the side and generally unclean. I desperately needs some attention the rust gives the water a yellowy tinge they also need to clean during the day. There is litter over the green area making it highly unpleasant to sit by and not enough parasol for shade in other parts. Also only opens at 10 so no chance for an early morning swim. The rooms are miniscule ... no bath for kids. Just a shower. They dont clean the rooms well we found crumbs just sweet up under a rug from previous occupiers. They give you coffee but dont change or wash your mug. They just turn it over to pretend its clean. There are too many people for the size dining room so it is overcrowded expect to have to queue ages for coffee machine because they dont bring you any.

Great staff, clean Great breakfast, nice pool. They should have more food options like a tea room or fruit or something for people who stay on shabbat, that may not join the main meals and want something to eat later.

enforcing the no smoking sign, especially on Shabbat at the pool, as well as not bringing in glass bottles, many people brought in beer bottles to the pool and they know about this.

The breakfast was great. The swimming pool was very nice. Nice view.

Very clean and fresh renovated room with new furnishings. Conformable bed and nice view from the balcony.

Reserved a room with twin beds. Given a room with 1 queen bed. After a 13 hour flight, having turbulence for the entire flight was expecting to receive a good nights sleep, but instead, my friend and I were greatly disappointed when there was only one bed. Spoke to staff they said they would address the issue. They never did, moreover were weren’t even given extra linen. (linen for one person when it should’ve been linen for 2).

very basic and tiny room, not worth the price

It said 24h check in. We travelled all day abd arriver 11.30PM the security/ reception would not book us in after 11pm...we were chucked out like dogs. The airco didn't work so they had 2 crazy noisy machines at reception...we could barely hear ourselves! Very poor for booking online and telling them we are only arriving 12am and not booking us in after all was done correctly by us!

The lies on the website 24h check in doesn't exist The way of chucking people out on the road at midnight in a foreign place after we booked in for arrival at 12am...we were there 11.30pm The airco obviously didn't work

The breakfast was good. The dinner too but a little pricey. Being there over the sabbath we were limited. Kristine was nice and very helpful at the front desk.

The wifi was not great. Had a gentleman come to the room to help. Nice man Petil. Had to connect through the tv so if you left the room your wifi went off.
