Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe only thing I didn’t like was that there is no elevator, and it was very difficult to bring my luggage up one flight of stairs. Anticipating this, I asked for and was accommodated for the first floor, but it was still difficult.
The rooms was big enough, but not too big so I could stay cool from the heat outside. The room and kitchenette was well equipped.. and I like that the shower doors closed 100%.

ItalyVery room to move. Cleaning lady came at random times and did not clean everything. She would leave dishes in the sink, although I am not sure I was expected to wash the dishes.
Modern and effiicient.

NetherlandsNo elevator, but is not a big deal. No safety room, you need to stay in the staircase which is not equipped/ideal location. There is a safer place in the parking next door, it takes though easily 5 min to get there after an alarm. The metro construction is not ready yet, but there is no noise or other inconvenience from it other than the messy view. There is a daily streets city cleaning service at 4 in the morning. After a wonderful day I would normally not notice it and stay deep in sleep, but with alarms making me sleep more lightly, this made me to wake up a few nights. A few small maintenance issues, but great response after reporting these.
Easy accessible, few min walking from the beach, nice modern room, great good sized kitchen and small desk, great bed, wonderful natural light and lamps installed, nice balcony with seat to have breakfast at. Wonderful service via WhatsApp and in person with the cleaning lady whom was exceptionally kind.

GermanyI had an absolutely wonderful time during my stay! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of it all, and the room was super comfortable. Communication was always quick and clear, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone (as long as you are not in need of an elevator) and would love to return on my next visit to Israel.

IsraelIt does not have an elevator, just stairs That can be rough if you are older or if you carry very heavy stuff. take this into account. For some reason, although they have hotel style dark curtains, I could not get the room fully dark as I liked, and it was very lighted in the morning.
This is a GREAT value for money hotel. Very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The location is also fantastic! a walking distance from the beach and a walking distance from Dizzengof center, and the price is very good for the quality you get!

The only bad thing I could say is that it’s right by construction worke so was a bit noisy, besides that great location by the beach and Bograshov street and more…

IsraelAfter 3 nights staying here they switched our room . They switched us to a very small room literally must have been under 10 meters . It felt like a closet. Then my husband saw roaches crawling out of the closet . And then we saw loads of roaches coming over into the balcony. They switched our room to room upstairs without a balcony. But this was difficult for my husband since he is a smoker and needed the balcony and recently had back surgery. There is no elevator and it was a lot of stairs to walk up. The host says in her listing that elevators are only for weak people. This is rude and disrespectful. This means to her all disabled people are weak. She claims they spray for roaches and they still come. I know nobody has sprayed she is too cheap to get a professional to spray . I really don’t recommend this place.
I liked that the property was close to the beach . It is nice that there is a coffee machine in the room . The bed was really comfortable . Cozy little rooms

IrelandNot very sure about the safely of the place. The balcony door in my room could not be locked, I asked for help with it but even though they responded over whatsapp no one showed up to fix it while I was there. The room wasn’t very clean, there were a lot of trimmed hairs around the sink and some petals on the bed under the duvet, suggesting it wasn’t too clean. Also critically there was no hot water in the shower in the morning- I let the water run on hot for 10 minutes as instructed but barely any water was coming out and it was as cold as when it started running. So no shower was had. It’s more hostel than hotel.
The location is amazing, the price is fair (although better hotels in the area are around the same price point at the moment). The room was bug and convenient. They also gave me a later check out for free which was wonderful.

IsraelIf you are looking for a good night sleep... this is not the place for you. The noise won't let you sleep during the night. You can hear everything from the hall outside the room, and noises from the other rooms as well. It's supposed to be an hotel but it feels like a hostel. The people going through the hall the whole night will make it very difficult (if not impossible) to sleep.
The room is small but has everything you need. Good location.
