They have charged me additionally for 245 NIS, allegedly for VAT which I am exempted from. The receipt I received for this additional charge mentioned only 37,37 VAT. Never before, nor after, I was charged with VAT for booked rooms in Israel and I travel a lot. Electric cooker was out of order.

Apartment on 13th floor. Nice and well equipped apartment, good for a few nights. Even though it is located by the sea, you need to walk 10-15 minutes to get to the beach. There is a bar and restaurant located in the same building, but they are closed on Sabbath. On the ground floor, there is a supermarket open every day. In general, I was pleased.

The hallway floor was a bit dirty during our stay. One of the apartment door didn't close properly, we had to use some force to close it.

We really enjoyed our long stay at the apartment. The location is amazing, the sea view from the window was just stunning. The room was clean and comfy, had all necessary utilities. It is a pleasant walk to the city centre and the beach. There are several bus stops nearby, you can get to the train station or take an intercity bus to go to Tel Aviv or other cities. The groceries store downstairs works on Saturdays which is a huge advantage (although it is rather pricy compared to some other stores in the city). The hosts are very nice and helpful, and so are the security guards on the ground floor of the building. Would definitely recommend this apart hotel for both short and long stays.

once in a while we smelled cigarette smoke (probably from someone smoking in the staircase, or near the airco vent). Thankfully, it was only a few moments.

great kitchenette with everything we needed to make our own meals. Very good communication via email and whatsapp with Elena. Everything was comfy: the beds, the chairs and table, bathroom, cupboards, even the lighting. Everything was very well thought of!

It's not connected with host service but for all in the future. I ordered meal from restaurant, it came to security desk in the main gate but... In 5 minutes, till I came to the ground floor from 15th floor, meal disappeared. There were one guardian and three men in the office, no one spoke English, and guardian only laughed a lot... So, be careful with this people!

All was great, sea view really splendid, I experienced sea hurricane, so, in 15th floor it was something!

Great location, near the beach. Store (expensive) right downstairs and El Gaucho restaurant in the building. Clean, good value for money, with all the utensils needed to make food. No breakfast available, but that was OK since I was on the road very early anyway.

The shower door was broken and felt like it gonna fell any time (they screwed it with a screw but not all the way). The mattresses were too soft and made my back in pain.

Attention to detail - the room was stocked with basics like paper towels, garbage bags, ... that was a nice touch as I didn't have to go shopping on day 1. Location was amazing and Elena was very helpful

In some rooms, maybe renew the rubbers of the showers and take care to provide all shower products. We didn't ask because we brought it with us. I am sure that if we had asked, they would have provided immediately.

We rented 5 rooms for the whole family of 15 people. All rooms had a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels and shower products. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a lot of restaurants and prepared food around. There is a super just below. The location is great for getting to places of entertainment in the area. The view from the rooms is amazing. I was in contact with the team via WhatsApp and every request was filled as it should be. The staff is attentive and very helpful.

The sheets were not cotton but microfiber that felt sticky on my skin , not breathable fabric, therefore I didn't sleep well unfortunately. The shower head was loose on the wall and didn't stay in place. The drain also I think was clogged as it filled up quickly and I was nervous that water was going to overflow out of the shower.

I loved having the view of the sea, nice and clean, new furniture and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was great.

Unfortunately we had a flood in our first room & we were given a 2nd room which was far better cleaner & nicer

Near family & the beach Great location There was a little problem & they were so very quick to sort it & made it easier for us ... They were on the ball very quickly to help & make it better & help Nothing was to much trouble for them to make it a good vacation

I and my family spent our holiday at Sea View. We were very glad with the picturesque view. The room and all in it were clean. The hotel is not far from the beach and city center that also was very convenient.
