We were on ground floor and could hear all the noise from the reception are. Only one place to plug in phone or computer Shower area very slippery,rubber mat should be provided

The staff came into our room at 2:00 while we were sleeping and tell us what are we do in the room. They found it by mistake, but do nothing to apologize.

The first time I stayed, I was on the top floors, and I remember it being very loud but this time I was actually downstairs and it was a little creepy, but it was quiet, which was nice. My main problem with the place is the locks on the doors. The keys are just regular house keys and there's no bolt on the inside of the door in case someone is trying to enter your room. Also, parking is very limited.

This is my second time staying here. Overall, it's not bad for the price you pay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and spacious, and the best and comfortable. I would recommend this place for a night or two, but no more than that.

There is no elevator in the hotel.

Very good location in the heart of Eilat close to Central Bus Station. Clean and nicely designed room. Very comfortable bed. Free coffee and tea available in the lobby. Hotel staff helped us with our suitcases. Very happy to stay here for few days in Eilat.

We asked for parking and only when we arrived we were told the parking lot was full. This wasn't an issue since there's a gravel parking lot nearby but still worth mentioning. No elevator.

Nice (compact) room, big bed, clean and well maintained bathroom and shower. TV with cable if you have children. Fantastic location.

a very affordable hotel room in Eilat. the room was clean, the stuff was very nice, and there was a parking space available for us near the hotel.

Hotel parking spots were limited, needed some workaround but not a big hinderemce.

Rooms were comfortable, neat. Staff was friendly and overall for the price it felt like a great value of money.

We got a room by the street, we hear everything, lots of noise especially at night. Getting a room not by the street would have been better. The corridor was with a cigarette smell although it was not allowed Out neighbours were noisy, made it thougher. The stuff took care of them as much as they could

No elevator No hand towel

From the outside the hotel looks old but the rooms were great. The bed is king sized and we had enough room for 5 people (3 kids). The location is in a quiet area and a 5 min drive to the center. There are some restaurants and small supermarkets nearby.

Very limited hotel's parking (3-4 spots). On the hotel's back street it might be challenging to find a free parking though we always managed to find a very close one.

Coffee machine in the lobby is available 24/7. Quite room (@ the corner)

Very small room, but was ok for one night. The water in the bathroom wasn't drained well and went to the room. The room didn't look like the "booking site" pictures.

Some towels had brown/black spots on them. The water hole in the shower didn't work properly and was fixed right away. The price might be a bit expensive for the stay. It said you get a queen bed, but we got a double bed (2 separate ones connected)

The staff is great, very courteous, and kind. Sometimes there was free parking next to the place. They gave us an early check-in at 1230 and check out at 1230 as well. They gave us water bottles.
