Very limited breakfast. Good location and free parking

Not clean

We had free parking in the Hotel's parking lot.

We didn't end up staying because our key didn't work. That was after about 45 minutes of waiting in the hot lobby for the elevator to work! The bathroom in the lobby was dirty and the lights in the hallway blew out while we were trying to open the door of our room. We got our money returned and left.

The service is very bad. The hotel is old and unclean. Most of the employees are elderly. The breakfast is bad. No one smiles at you. They make you feel unwanted. The rooms are unclean and old. We paid a large sum for this poor hotel, unfortunately

Horrible place, can’t even call it a hotel. A hostel looks better than this place. No AC, elevators not working (which is the worst! Try getting to the 23rd floor with only one elevators working for the entire building), no shade in the pool, breakfast is bad, smells like cigarets in the hallways

Good location, free parking.

Room was not clean, no phone,safe box was broken, no chairs and table in the room. Girl on reception was not pleasant and was rolling her eyes when I was asking her questions about swimming pool and breakfast place.

After a very long debate they return the money I have not stayed!

Room horrible, smells so heavily perfumed and awful! Bathroom awful, water from shower head was broken. The water was not going from the tub, everywhere got flooded after shower. Breakfast awful, drinking coffee from a paper cup, there is only one person to clean the tables after a guest finishes the breakfast, therefore either you have to clean the table yourself or you have to wait to seat for a very looongg time. No one cleaned the room or fixed the bathroom during our stay because of Shabbat! No notification written here or given me that during Shabbat no service will be given!!! In addition elevator broke down during Shabbat and no one fixed it until Shabbat finished therefore we had to take 8 story stairs in order to reavh our room! Please mind that I had 65 year old mother and a 10 year old kid with me in a very hot weather while climbing stairs!!! Horrible experience! Note for meyself: take an account of the comments here before reserving!

Everything. We had to change three rooms until we found one that had everything working. First room had no cold water - scolding hot was coming out of the cold faucet. Second room had no working air conditioner. third room had everything working, but none of the rooms had any chairs in them. Had to requests chairs and get them by ourselves because staff would not bring them to the room.

Overall interior appearance - old, outdated and dirty. Service nonexistent - three days room was not cleaned, towels not replaced even after numerous requests.

The room was absolutely disgusting and dirty was not properly cleaned the hallways smelled horrible and there was cockaroaches defently not staying there again
