Regarding the parking issue – it is indeed a known challenge during the summer season, when Tiberias is bustling with visitors and demand for parking is very high. That being said, the central location of the hotel, right on the promenade, is a major advantage for our guests – since most attractions, restaurants, beaches, and key sites are all within walking distance – there is no need to use your car at all during your stay. In addition to the public parking lots scattered around the hotel, we also have a special arrangement with a private parking lot, located about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. In cases where guests encounter difficulties finding a parking spot, we’re always happy to assist and direct them there. Had we received a message or question about this during your stay – we would have gladly helped you as well. As you stayed during the busy summer month of August, it's important to note that the entire city, and especially the promenade area, experiences significant congestion during this time. That said, our hotel's central location is one of its biggest advantages – as it allows guests to simply park their car upon arrival and explore the city on foot. The hotel is just steps away from the Sea of Galilee, top restaurants, cafes, attractions, and the vibrant promenade – making a car unnecessary during your stay. In addition to the public parking lots surrounding the hotel, we also have an arrangement with a private parking area located about 5 minutes' walk away. If you had contacted us about this issue, we would have been happy to guide you directly to it – as we do for all guests who inquire.
