Design, big rooms, quiet environment

Room: Water is going out during the shower. The towel hanger is not placed in a good place. The Experso machine is missing - I know they are in the purchase process. Facilities are in very good condition. The missing: After breakfast, until the night, you can't have any drink, coffee, juice, cold drinks, or alcohol. Very missing. The pool is small and closed. Too hot inside, and you don't have a place to sit near the pool with drinks and so on. too hot and no place to buy any.

The Hotel is lovely. The staff is great and very welcoming. The SPA is good as well. The restaurant is delicious. Liked the food a lot. The room is nice, and the bed is very comfortable. The gym is small but equipped verd nicely.

The breakfast was fine, not too special. Lacked a variety of bread, and the coffee machine was off on Saturday

Everything was good. It's really hard to say something bad.

Overall a great experience although we stayed only one night. The food at the breakfast was very tasty and exceptionally fresh. It's also Kosher, so that it can fit a variety of different people. The staff was very kind and always happy to help. Everything is new and the level of quality and decorations was very heartwarming.

Carpet in the room

The room was big nicely decorated, although we prefer no carpet due to allergies otherwise beautiful. Plenty of free parking Breakfast was nice. We had a good time

The swimming pool was smaller than usual and even with 5-6 guests it looks crowded. I didn’t use a pool because of it

The staff is great and very helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and the facilities are great - the pool, the spa, the games in the lobby. Breakfast was very good. We had a very good experience and we already booked our next stay.

I wish the spa facilities and pool would work until later than 18:00. On Thursdays and Fridays there is an option to eat dinner at the hotel. We liked it very much and wish it was an option on other days as well.

If we could rate the staff as 20 out of 10 we would have done so.They make you feel right at home and help you with every request and need. The facilities are well designed, the breakfast is great and the location is excellent for traveling the Golan!

We wanted to do spa and get a massage, but the lady on front desk was saying either she don’t have massage therapist yet in the morning at 10, or that they are very tired after 3.. although the spa is open from 9-6

Amazing view, very nice people, very generous, they spoiled us with a surprise at the chick-in cause we had a birthday.. The room (sauna suit) we had was amazing makes us not wanting to go out, the breakfast was delicious, they have a floor full of games, we had fun playing billiards, poker, tic tac toe, chess.. They had parking easy access to the hotel, they have heated pool, terrance, spa.. The hotel is very close to Majdal Shams which a place full of restaurants and activities..

Room with balcony isn’t wroth the upgrade, the balcony is very small with only one chair and face the the roof of the next building
