1. Perfect location - just a few steps from the New Gate , 5 minutes walk from the Jaffa Gate. 2. The room - simple, but spotless clean with a comfortable bed. 3. Very helpful staff 4. Decent breakfast ( scrambled and boiled eggs, variety of cheeses and cold meat, pastries, cornflakes etc) There's no TV in the room ( it wasn't an issue for us).

Air quality due to dirty vents was very poor in one room, the a/c only got us down to 25 degrees and we didn’t want to open the windows due to a heat wave (38 Celsius!) so after 2 days we asked and we were moved to another room and immediately the smell from the shower/toilet pea-trap was horrific! A third room was fine for both working A/c and latrine smells.

The location is amazing. The hotel is beautiful. In the middle of the city but quiet and peaceful. Low price. Excellent value. Very close to shopping centre and to all important sights. Parking. Amazing view from rooftop lookout. Amazing wall to wall paintings on the 2nd floor. Europe in the heart of Jerusalem.

Very nice hotel, clean, I stayed at this hotel with my family and really enjoyed my time. It was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great – close to everything I needed. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast had a good variety. Overall, great value for money and I would definitely come back.

Our experience was really great, we really enjoy every particular thing , the place looks amazing, with super comfortable beds, very clean a d with a sensation of wellcome feeling , in every detail. We were surprised to not have tv and fridge😉 but was so pleasant finally without any disturbing sound and news channel. Everything is so quite and peaceful ! 4 min walking from Mamila shopping center ,few steps away from the new gave of old city , with a gorgeous view from the roof of all Jerusalem. The restaurant has its own chef and the food was soon tasty!!! Rich breakfast as well with a really polite and service oriented staff! Everything was much much more then we expected and defenately worth the price! The hotel has a beautiful church for those who wants to pray . We felt fantastic will be back for sure!

The breakfast was quite basic and not very appealing (it was on a Saturday morning so I’m not sure if it’s different on other days) I think they could make more of an effort to improve it There was no refrigerator in the room which I think is important, especially in Jerusalem

Well, its not a hotel to fully relax in, there is no pool, or any other hotel facilities of the like, but as mentioned, close to the old city which should be the purpose of your stay.

Not the hotels fault, but traffic noise was a problem in my room 149. The constant hooting of car horns became rather annoying

I liked the building, very beautiful and in a great location close to the old city. Public transport close by was another thing I liked and super easy to get to and from the airport
