the staff was awesome. check to see if all is ok . was very hospitality. when notice my Daughter has a birthday they surprised with a nice gesture, it is nice clean hotel - very money value.

The hallways have a strong smell, and require major and immediate renovation. Some of the rooms suffer from a similar problem

I didn't like the breakfast. It was poor as compared to other hotels, and I am staying at a lot of hotels in Eilat.

Balcony railings are very low which is risky with small children who could easily climb above it. Pools water was a bit cold. There is no external upper locks on the room doors which is problematic with toddlers as thet can easily open the key lock.

Breakfast was quite good, the hotel is well maintained. Reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. Family room is spacious and the beds were comfortable.

If you want to be near the Beach take another hotel

Nice pool. Nice room , price very good . Location near the center of Eilat ( not near the beach but for me it’s good ). A lot of fast food and Shops near . As I came to rest it was very good for me

No free parking lot (and it's hard finding parking in this area). You could park on the street (5 minutes of walking) but it's expensive. Also, I had so "punching" noises coming from the top of my room. Not sure if these were kids or something else.

Relatively big room, fast wifi, great wifi and the staff are working extra hard. Always smiling and making sure everything is ok. Not perfect in some logistics areas (missing paint) but it's ok to live with.

Service in the pool. It should be cleaner and better maintained. The staff should be present and help customers.

The room is nice. The hotel is some 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. Around it, there are no good restaurants. The pool is nice but many of the staff are lazy. The life guard is often the only guy to be seen and he explains that he only life guards. No towels? He cannot help. The kiosk is not opened? He cannot help. The music is loud? Go to the reception. Can you call them? His answer: I DO NOT HAVE THEIR NUMBER. If only he wanted to have their numbers, or someone has told him how to serve people. Utterly useless. There should be more people around to help. The gem of the hotel is Sapir, the customer relations manager. She was helpful, understanding, humane, with a smile. I wish all staff will be like her. Call her if you need something.

Sanitary and water accessoris like shower hand Taps and toilet water tank are in poor condition. Light in the balcony can't be turned of On Thursdays there is a loud noise coming from the Astral paties from across the street almost all night long .

I didn't like that the pool, and play rooms only open at 10am. With a baby i would have loved to been able to use the playroom whenever I wanted, or at least at 8am. Parking was fine, not the best, but atleast free. The area doesn't make you feel like you're in eilat, it's more of a typical israeli city. You need to walk about 10min before you feel like you're in a vacation spot.

Room was clean enough, but not perfect because it is an old hotel. But I loved the modern things! Everyone was super nice. The food tasted fresh. There was no icky hotel smell. There are resturants right outside the hotel for a quick bite! And a small supermarket with snacks. Very convinient.

Even though the hotel was recently renovated, some areas like the carpets and furniture still feel a bit worn, but it didn’t affect our overall enjoyment.

Excellent value for money, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, a great pool, and kind, helpful staff. Truly a dog- and kid-friendly hotel!

The parking in the facility is weird when you have get out of the building and come back in around the building. When it's dark - it is not the optimal place to go through.

The acoustic. It’s terrible. You can hear the neighbors like they are inside the room and could not sleep due to the trans music that came from outside.

The isolation between room and corridor could better. With the pool cleaning was some issue, I don't understand what's happened there, there were a lot of trash and dirt around the pool, and it took about 2 hours to clean it.

Comfortable rooms, looks clean, good AC, room with balcony - balcony very small ha-ha, but ok, I think this is good value for money, the staff is perfect - reception, security, room cleaner!!! Only the pool cleaning was some issue, I don't understand what's happened there, there were a lot of trash and dirt around the pool, the water in pool clean. In Mart it was a bit cold yet to swim in the pool :) We didn't eat in hotel 's restorant. The location is good enough, everything is close. Good supermarket near, Shvarma right on the corner is excellent. We had some very loud young neighbors in next room, around 11pm they made a real party in the room - very loud music, screaming, so i came to reception and showed them a video - right after that security came to them and everything became quiet.

Hotel could stand some updating. If it was up to me, I would get rid of the carpeting in the hall and rooms. It's easier to clean with just tile flooring.

Receptionists were extremely polite. Check-in went very smoothly. Breakfast was outstanding. Lots to choose from. Rooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was clean. Free Parking.

However, the facility needs an upgrade. Carpeting worn and stained, damage around the edges of furniture and doors.
