Our stay at the Prima Palace Hotel in Jerusalem and had a wonderful experience! The upgraded room with a balcony on the first floor was a great choice - it was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The Shabbat food and breakfast were delicious, with a big variety of options. Plus, the location is fantastic - within walking distance to the Kotel. Highly recommend

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and every detail felt thoughtfully maintained. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. A special thank you to the manager, Avi, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, which truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait to come back!

Street traffic a little can be heard but this is a big city so very difficult to avoid

My arrival was wonderful thanks to the kindmess and attentive service of Elsa. I arrived at 5 am and she made me feel very welcome. The room is lovely everything new. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have been in for a long time. The showers are incredible, new, power shower on top and hand held as well. Nice bath products and chocolates! The lobby is cozy and inviting. The breakfast fresh and plentiful, great salads eggs and other hot choices. I am very picky about eggs, and theirs were perfectly cooked. GREAT coffee. Wonderful looking cakes which were difficult to resist. I WOULD like to make a particular mention of the manager, Avi, who gave considerable attention to an issue I had. He showed care consideration and patience and really listened, which is only to be found in a true professional. Thank you very much Avi. Also thanks to Dina at the desk, another lovely man whose name I can't spell well, Ahmron(sorry) as well as Jolly in housekeeping. RECOMMEND!!!!

I booked this hotel for my partners, and the experience was truly superb. The owner went above and beyond—upgraded their room, was extremely patient and kind, and even left thoughtful birthday notes in the room. You can tell the staff genuinely care about their guests. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a nice variety. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Machane Yehuda Shuk and the city center, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

The rooms and bathroom are extremely small. Bathroom door couldnt open properly - luckily we are not big people. Loved the later check out. Also requested an early check in which we got without any trouble.

Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. Location excellent. Would definitely visit again.

Very disappointed from Booking.com. In the confirmation, they clearly mention that the 17% of VAT, will be deducted from the price! In the mail confirmation, no word was mentioned. At the hotel, they told me that this not true, and had to pay the full price! If Booking.com will not compensate me, I'm done with them, for ever!!

We allways enjoy our stat at the Prima Palace in Jerusalem. This Hotel is especially suitable for Orthodox Jews. The staff were very friendly, especially Achmed the reception clerk.

Our room was not overly spacious, but perfectly ok for two average sized folks.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel! Location, service, value can't be beat. Staff was extremely attentive and responsive to all our needs, The breakfast spread, included in the price of room of the room, was lip-smacking delicious. It is apparent that much thought went into constructing this hotel, with the traveler in mind. Our room, while not large, was quite comfortable and the copious, non-stop air conditioning more than compensated. We chose Prima Palace based on a strong recommendation yet our experience exceeded it. They want to please, and know how to do it. Thanks Prima!
