Breakfast was nice (in a different location across town) after a horrible night

Rich apartments? Should change the name to Slum apartments. Disgusting, dirty. It looked like it wasn't cleaned for years, the bedding wasn't fresh. My friend got gum in His hair from the pillow. Balcony floor full of cigarettes and 1/2 glass beer. Hair in the bathroom sink, blood or poop smeared on the bathroom wall. Shampoo and shower gels half full. Dirty everywhere. Loud air-conditioning. People shouting in the corridor all night. This place is a shame. Should be closed down.

Yeah there’s was toilet . The stuff (workers) stole couple of my clothes , I called them after the check out and I said to them that I forgot my t shirt and something else , he said that he will take care of it 15 minutes later ,I said ok so I’m coming now (because I don’t want to wait 15 minutes for this ) then he hang up , 2 minutes later not 15 minutes, he called and said that no one found your clothes, I said ok thank you , then I went to the hotel and I wanted to check it my self , when I got there like 5 minutes after that , I saw everyone from the workers just left from the hotel , and then he didn’t answer my phone I called him like 5 times he didn’t respond.

1. Can not check in at their announced time. We booked two rooms and waited from 3pm to 5 pm they gave us first room key, at 7pm they gave 2nd key. 2. No duvet and blankets were provided, can not find the people in charge. 3. Dirty and mess as hell. 4. 2000ils for such bad experience.

They offer breakfast included and it is not. When I asked they where is breakfast they answer me that the breakfast is available in another hotel at 15 mn by foot ! Is this a joke ?!?!

When we arrived at the hotel, we didn't find anyone to welcome us. We were supposed to receive a code in a message, but we didn't receive it. We waited for an hour until someone came to help us and called the hotel owner. Other than that, when we entered the hotel, the place was full of the smell of drugs. Other than that, the air conditioner didn't smell good at all, but we endured all of this. The thing that angered me was when we were sleeping and arrived at 11 in the morning. Instead of knocking on the door, calling out, or waiting for us to leave, we were surprised by the hotel owner entering our room while we were sleeping, and I was half naked. This was not nice at all.

No telephone communication. Disgusting smell in the entire building. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. No toilet paper. OK location and no handicap access.

If I could give this hotel a zero, I would. - The bedsheets were definitely used before and not changed. There was hair and a body indentation underneath the blanket on top. - There was no toilet paper in the bathroom - There was only cold water for the shower - The floor was disgusting and you couldn’t go barefoot - The counters and cabinets were falling apart - the sink in the kitchen was disgusting - no hair dryer - WiFi didn’t work - TV kept freezing on the program because of bad internet - NO ELEVATOR

incredibly rude & aggressive security guard, literally felt like my physical safety was threatened, all this over a misunderstanding (guard was not told something important by the manager and wanted to get us to leave before we were supposed to)

Everything. it would take half an hour to list everything. a truly disgusting place, never seen somewhere so dirty. Get a clue and buy a mop and vacuum cleaner! Should be closed down.
