The packing lot is not enough I have to pay for parking so not ok because I was expecting to save some money on parking 😔

No free parking, moreover it is very difficult to find a parking around the hotel, even paid parking. So once we found we tried do not use the car.

Pool and pool deck area close too early. Employees start hosing down the deck while we were still sitting there.

Breakfast time is like the hunger games, guests scrapping food, loud children. Reception area is short staffed so there are long waiting times. It is a family friendly hotel, so if get annoyed by children throwing temper tantrums, running by the pool, and all what it comes with it, it’s better to find another place.

Hostesses were not too welcoming. A rare smile could bee seen only when they were chasing with one another behind the counter. In the room there was only 1 bar stool. Didn't rely make any sense. A small thing but balcony furniture is too bulky. chairs are alright but the table definitely could be smaller.

The location was amazing, just 30 seconds walk from hotel pool to the beach. Food was great although deserts need some serious work. Rooms are amazing and views are superb. Also a kiosk right below the entrance helps.

It was not my first visit in this hotel, However at another time the breakfast was better and Now we had 3 rooms, One from them we had problem of A/C.

There's a big noise problem. At night there's awfully loud music from nearby premises that goes on till the wee hours and additionally, there's noise from within the hotel too. We literally had to sleep with earplugs. In the morning we were woken up early by oriental music played at the pool - in short, if you're looking for relaxation you'd be better off elsewhere. Additionally, if you come by car, be prepared for a parking issue. The hotel offers only a tiny spot that's always full and public parking nearby is expensive and not always available. The premise itself bears the atmosphere of a 1970's hotel with some superficial updates in the rooms. It would be OK for a budget hotel but this is not a budget hotel. Not even close to what one might expect from a premium chain as Dan Hotels. In summary, for its price, there are better options in Eilat so value for money is a disappointment.

Not having waiters come round to fill up coffee is very annoying. Having a coffee station where one has to wait in line is very frustrating. Coffee pots should be placed on tables when guests sit down at their chosen table Also used plates were not removed from the tables frequently enough

Breakfast was very good. Loved the seating area outside of the dining room which was a bonus Pool area lovely. Clean. I have been to this hotel earlier in the year and liked it enough to return. The location is amazing - right on the beach. With free beach loungers for hotel guests

parking is a major challenge, even handicap, takes up to an hour to search for parking , even distant , to hotel guests, as virtually no private parking.

The hotel is next to Tulum beach, so the bass and techno music kinda made it hard to sleep before 02:00 am, and the walls are paper thin so you don’t need to put an alarm clock if the room next to you put one.

Kind crew, good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. , great view.
