The apartment was clean and well equipped.

I think there are several apartments on booking.com at this location which is in the North of Netanya which is really inferior to the south of Netanya. Some of the other apartments may indeed be a 10 but certainly not the one we booked which was on the second floor with two bedrooms. It was dark gloomy, depressing and in bad shape regarding the bathroom. which smelled really bad and had a broken towel rail and mould in the shower. The bedrooms faced the back of the building and 24×7 there was a continuous hum of something electrical running. At night it got louder but at all times it could be heard even with all the windows and shutters closed. Even my deaf husband , who wears hearing aids, could hear it at night without his hearing aids. We tried ear plugs , ear muffs, but nothing helped. After 6 completely sleepless nights we moved to a hotel for the remaining 8 nights which of course was extremely expensive for us. But we had to get some rest. The owner wrote" I don't know what to say" when I complained and tgat no one had ever mentioned it before. Well, I'm warning people that this place was a total and complete waste of money for us.

The location of the flat is very good. I am sure it was the best value for money I have ever encountered.

Everything. Location. Comfortable. The bed was dreamy. The place is very nice and the parking a breeze is very nice. It was my 2nd visit, and it was great. A supermarket is literally 2 blocks away. The beach is not far. Love it. The washer works great, too. The apartment had a good view of the road to the ocean.

The elevation change to the shower. I had to roll a towel up to avoid breaking a toe as it makes little sense to have a step into the bathroom. No big deal.

Leah was very responsive and helpful!

The property is not entirely accessible for people with mobility limitations - there is a small step to enter the bathroom.

The apartment was clean and dry with good working hot water and split units contrary to previous reviews in September of 2022. The price was comparable to hotels like "the seasons" nearby that are rated only at 3.7. I found this apartment to be superb and within very close walking distance to the beaches and also relatively quiet, which is surprising due to light sound proofing in the walls. The shower was excellent, as was a healthy supply of toilet paper. This may seem like a small problem, but it is always nice not to have to go to the store as soon as you get there. The host was also very on top of things. This apartment had a drying rack and towels galore. Very comfortable beds and a large fridge and very well stocked kitchen complete with pepper and even the large pots and a good selection of knives for chopping. The nearby restaurant scene is superb even before you get to the Netanya Leonardo plaza. Gluten-free or vegan dining is available in mass on limited menus. The washer here works very well as well. Parking is fine and public on the street even though becah goers fill the curb by early afternoon. Suggest parking and planning to stay parked for the day. Returning after 5 pm. is not a problem as beachgoers leave. The birds outside sing, and this can be heard from within. The size of the apartment allows for two bedrooms and a dining table with a full two couch living room. Extra bedding and a matrass exist for sleeping up to 6 comfortably. The WIFI is very good.

The couch could use a good deep cleaning on the leather. The towel rack in the bathroom needs backing within the wal as it has been torn loose several times. But all in all, this apartment is well above average and well worth the value. Excellent host. I have no complaints. Also, suggest a separate from host wifi connection as this wifi slows down in the evening. But not enough to worry about. The wifi is actually much better than most bookings.

It is a studio flat - essentially one large room with a sleeping area, large lounge area, dining table, kitchen and a separate shower room. Its fairly basic, but with everything that you might need - a good fridge, effective air con, good wi fi, TV, cooking facility etc. The hosts communicate really well too. The only downside is that the place felt tired - it needed some TLC to be the place that it promises to be and it wouldn't be hard to get it back to its former glory. Parts of the shower were mouldy and really grubby, the toilet seat was cracked, the bed linen was obviously old as half of the buttons to seal the duvet were broken or missing, there was a stain on a pillowcase and bits like that. Really all little things which would be easy to put right and which make a difference in turning a place from fair/ good into great.

it’s nothing like the pictures. They’re false.

The listing is false and misleading. I’m attaching a true photo of what the owner calls an “ocean view”. 2. The photos falsely portray a clean a modern place. it is, in fact worn and depressing. 3. the entire place smells of food garbage. 4. There is another room off the main apartment entrance, occupied by someone we don’t know.
