My husband celebrated his BD, so they arranged the surprise for him. Then we arrived there balloons and sweets in the room. Super nice gesture that makes all the difference. Thank you, Rafael!!

Israel1. Parking is a very big issue there. no available spots, no parking spatial for hotel gusts, need to look for parking spot in the street, take long time and need to pay for that. 2. Not enough sunbeds in the swimming pool, need to add some around.

IsraelWhile our overall experience was positive, we were a bit disappointed with the outdated furniture in the room. Additionally, finding parking on-site proved to be a bit challenging.
We particularly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable junior suite with its private balcony. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The thoughtful welcome gift and delicious Shabbat pastry were delightful surprises. We also appreciated the variety of options at the breakfast buffet and the relaxing pool area.

IsraelPrefer to have charges added to bill (eg for dinner) and not have to go to the front desk to pay and then return with receipt to be allowed to eat. Middle of the night noisy guests(?) next door or in corridor. Also sounded like someone was moving furniture over our ceiling. - but we were on 4th floor…..?
Breakfast - excellent selection of foods. Same for dinner. The gentleman that came around offering fresh coffees (with frothed milk) was a good touch. Clean facilities, constant table clearing. Well appointed shul.

First of all tha staff was great and very helpful. The pool was was right temperature and big. Few times the staff gave us different snacks near the pool. Food was tasty.
