Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelThe pool could be warmed. The price could be more convenient. Everything else is just perfect.
The staff is helpful and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pool and the bar are great (a bit too cold these days). We took a Pilatis lesson, and it was very good. Although the hotel's location is not central , it is conveniently close to the underground and to other public transportation. there are several good restaurants and coffee shops in a short walking distance. The entire area is renovated, and I guess more businesses will open around the hotel with time.

Hong KongThe location is not the best, but everything else compensated for it. Plus, I like to walk and didn't mind it too much.
The breakfast was amazing, especially the buffet on the weekends! I loved the classes: powerboost, HIT, and Pilates, which were part of my everyday routine. It is nice that they are offered to the guests. The pool area is gorgeous, and the vibe is super cool. The staff is lovely! The hotel decor is gorgeous, modern and uber cool!

IsraelI had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and impeccably clean hotel! The design is truly unique and stylish, giving the place a special charm. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional – they really made me feel welcome. The on-site restaurant was both delicious and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing – clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. The location is also a big plus – just a short walk from Azrieli Center and Tel Aviv Mall, which made everything super convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back – either with my girlfriends or as a romantic getaway!

IsraelView from balcony to the construction site next to the hotel.. Pool area was poorly staffed (only a bartender, no one to serve the tables), food took long time to come and missing items. Most people around the pool were couples enjoying the winter sun but some folks got pretty loud so it got less pleasant.
We stayed at the superior with balcony room. Room is small (just a bed, no sofa/chair) but very nicely decorated and the balcony is really awesome - nice size and lots of plants. Bed is super comfortable, room is very clean, wonderful shower (strong current, very hot water at all times) Pool area is very nice - awesome design, setting and background music. fun! Late checkout on Saturday (at 6pm!!) made all the difference in the world. I hope they continue with this option!

IsraelThe property has some fantastic features in the room one is a Bluetooth speaker that needed attention before we could use it. Also the policy of no guests allowed after 23:00 was inconvenient as we were celebrating a birthday and hoped to invite friends back for drinks

United KingdomThe location is a bit challenging but the main amenities compensate for it. A later room service or maybe small food shop within the facilities would be a good solution to compensate for the fact there are not much shops around the hotel..
The hotel is probably the nicest of TLV at the moment. The reception staff was super informative, helpful and welcoming - particularly Elizabet who made sure we were cared for and felt happy. She was always here to advise us and assist us - a keeper.

IsraelThe pool is beautiful but it was so crowded with club members of the hotel it was hard to even find a sit. Even at 8:30 in the morning most of the sits were taken. At the price per night we paid I would expect more.
The hotel is very clean great decoration and style. We got a room with a balcony that was really nice. The staff was nice and friendly.
