The room in the old building was so so. Not badly designed but could be better for the price. The bottom of the curtain looked like something had been spilled on it or even worse maybe somebody vomited there? The food at the pool was absolutely awful. The breakfast could have had some additional egg free, gluten free options. The restaurants furniture looks very dated and not in the colour scheme of the hotel. Needs to be changed. Generally the rooms, services and food do not do the architecture justice

Beautiful blend between the old and new. The buildings are stunning. The lobby and pool area are beautiful and so is the old chapel which can be used for events. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast good. Parking convenient.

I think the price isn’t completely justified

We stayed here last here and had a not so great experience in terms of service and hospitality, so we decided to give it another try - which turned out to be a great decision! This time, they had everything managed and under control. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, the location is as good as it gets, and breakfast was excellent. We will be back :)

The pool is very nice, though a bit small. The same goes for the room it is beautifully designed, but slightly small.

The only downside was the crazy number of people by the pool on Saturday, possibly outside-guests who pay a day's fee. So it gets pretty crowded on Shabbat.

The hotel itself is beautiful and a veritable landmark in Jaffa's Old City. It has been renovated mindfully and with style. The rooms are very spacious for Israeli standards nd beautifully furnished. The staff is absolutely wonderful, everywhere you go. From reception to the pool, they run around all day to make you feel at home. We were offered both an early check-in as well as a late check-out. Even when the security alarm went off at 2 am, there is a personal message to your hotel room and someone roaming the floors to make sure everyone is safe.

Not a very good value for the price, we expected more from this kind of hotel. Bed was old and not comfortable, we celebrated birthday and had ‘halwa’ as present - other hotels send at list battle of wine. No Netflix on t.v.

Everything looks solid here - a spacious hall, a cozy inner courtyard, a combination of history and modernism, well-groomed vegetation, interesting cuisine with an emphasis on healthy food. It's a pity that there is no kosher.. And it was important for me to be allowed to come with my pet, special thanks for that. In general I felt nice and cozy here, it was one of the best my vacation in Israel.

While the overall experience was excellent, we did have one issue with the valet service. It seems that the joystick controlling the mirrors was damaged when our car was returned to us, but unfortunately, we noticed it too late when arrived home. I recommend being cautious and thoroughly checking your car when retrieving it from valet.

Both the indoor and outdoor facilities were impeccable, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The sea view from our balcony was breathtaking, and we cherished every moment watching the sunset in the evening. It was a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.
