The room was clean with a stunning ocean view, a huge tub and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had many options and dinner was delicious. 100 % recommend the hotel and will come back in the future

We arrived in our room no complimentary water wine etc. You paid 2k₪ plus with nothing, I always go to the hotels in Israel but this is the 1st time I experience this.

Well situated, nice environment. the staff is very devoted , in particular, Vered Elbar. The best place to stay in Netanya

Food was okay, the room was clean and the view was not bad

Bad customer service, rude staff, not enough value for the money paid, no late check outs

Check-in time was supposed to be at 3-00 pm Only was able to checkin at 5:00 pm Total chaos. Line up for getting into breakfast way too long. Waiting for elevators sometimes 10 mins way too long.

Hello I stayed with my wife in your hotel this last Sabbath. I wanted to tell you that I had a very good stay The hotel is very well maintained The service is perfect The staff is charming And above all, the manager Vered Elbar is permanently available to respond to the slightest sill with a lot of listening and professionalism!! very clean and elegant, the spa is phenomenal and extremely professional, rooms are beautiful and comfy. the breakfast was great with a lot of options. this is my second time there and I enjoyed a lot

it was pretty crowded unfortunately, and the Turkish and regular saunas were under constraction so I wished I knew about it sooner another thing I had trouble with is booking the spa- they are not very responsive on the phone, so I would recommend calling the front desk.

Great location in Netanya overlooking the ocean, lovely relaxing holiday atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooms are overlooking the ocean, very clean and maintained well. The selection of gourmet style foods and variety of salads, fish and meats are of a very high standard. The kitchen staff are attentive and efficient. The hotel is an absolute pleasure to stay, maintaining a high standard at all times. It was especially nice to be greeted by the Customer Service representative of Vert Lagoon Netanya, Vered Elbar, prior to my arrival and during my stay. Her sincere care and concern for the hotel guests is an excellent standard. Vered made sure that all my personal requests were quickly actioned, she contacted room service or the relevant people in the hotel for any request or concerns about the room and followed up to ensure everything was satisfactory. I would be delighted to stay another time at this delightful hotel haven in Netanya! B’sorot Tovot.

Amazing view, the staff were amazing. Vered Elbar from guest relations made sure to check on us and make sure everything is good. We were celebrating our newly wed status and go a room upgrade :) The hotel really is great. The breakfast was good.

I never bothered to right comments after I stay in a hotel, but I want to give max credit to the Vert Lagoon hotel, and most specifically to their Head of Reception, Vered Elbar. The hotel has a great pool and amazing view on the sea. The room we received was spacious and very clean. Great place with great accomodation. The best, though, is not the hotel, but its personel, and most specifically the Head of Reception, Vered Elbar, who is no less than the sweetest person on earth. She called me before my arrival to make sure I didn't need special accomodation, upgraded me to a bigger room and offered me to stay a few hours longer in the hotel for free . More than a great professional, she is an outstanding person that made sure that I will come back to this hotel as long as she is handling things. She truly cares for the people that enters the hotel and have genuine love for her job. Vered if you see this message, please know that you made my day and that the world would be a better place with more amazing person like you. Special thanks also to the Belgian reception worker who was extra nice and convenient (don't remember his name, but he speaks french, dutch and german).

We had a corner room on the 8th floor and had a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea in two directions. Perfect. A/C was great. Plenty of closet/drawer space. Good lighting. Breakfast was complete! Good location (beach/restaurants/synagogue)

We had Friday night dinner in the dining room and while it was so plentiful and varied it was expensive. The cleaning staff was very pleasant but if I didn't ask for something, I didn't get it (fresh towels/floor mat). Parking near the hotel was sparse so we parked in the hotel lot. They discount 50% but for the price we paid per night, free parking would have been nice.

The room was nice and clean. Having said that all the staff were wonderful.

The pool area was unbearable. Completely packed with day trippers and impossible to swim or relax. It was impossible to swim or find anywhere to sit. A really unbearable experience. We stayed before three years ago and it was a completely different type of hotel. We would never come back.

The hotel is clean and bright. Vered is exceptional and goes over and beyond. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with abundant options. The hotel is well kept. The pool area is immaculate and a hop away from the beach. What a view.
