What an amazing place. Very clean, centrally located, spacious room and bathroom, great bed and matan is a wonderful host. We will certainly book again and have already recommended to friends.

Cleaning could be improved as the side table had a sticky stain. Also, there’s black stains on the bathroom ceiling which is likely mold that needs to be fixed

Entry cipher lock takes a couple of times yo master.

The White Moon is my 'go to' when I want to spend a night or two in Jerusalem. Clean, modern rooms, quiet, yet just half a block from the Ben Yehuda pedestrian zone. No frill like breakfast, but close to all kinds of places for food and entertainment. Also, convenient to the light rail and numerous bus lines for getting all over the city.

1. I would need to guess which room number I got - it was unclear 2. Expensive parking: due to the parking needed at private parking lots, because there are restricted spaces of public parking and restricted hours for parking for non-Jerusalem residents 3. I didn't find a shelter or safe space near the hostel 3. The room is located above the road on the first floor, so at night it was noisy with the beeps of cars there, and it was difficult to get to sleep 4. Was a little bad smell in my room, like the room was NOT a well-ventilated space (although the window was open), or as a result of mold

1. Best location: between Mahne Yehuda market and Mamila mall 2. High efficiency by self-check-in (and precise instructions which were sent in advance by email) 3. Precise guidelines at the entrance to the room 4. A heartwarming little sweet gift on the table and the towel 5. Atmosphere like in a hotel with the branded soaps in the shower

Flawless

I travelled Israël for a month. And I haven't been in an apartment as flawless as this. Amazing value for money. Why a 10? A spacy, clean, brand new apartment on the 1st floor of an office building at a quiet street on A-location in the city. Comfortable with a superior bed quality. Host is very communicative and helpful, with friendly advice. Taking good care for the guests. Thanks Matan.

Lovely and comfy low-key hotel in downton Jerusalem with great value for money . Excellent service and communication via WhatsApp or booking.com chat. Spotlessly clean rooms with self check-in. You can leave your bags if you arrive early. Free tea & coffee and water available 24h. Mini fridge in the room. AC, a desk, fast WiFi, central location like 5-7 min away from tram stop Jaffa centre (line 1). Fairly cheap supermarket across the street, plenty food options near by. All you need is around the corner. I deffo highly recommend this accommodation. Thanks soo much for your perfect hospitality, Matan!

Repeated circuit breaker flipping! Minor stuff: No milk in the fridge in the afternoon. No Sugar substitute like Splenda in the coffee room. No towel hook in the bathroom.

1. The construction around the place was not mentioned in the ad. The trucks started working at 7:30am sharp. 2. There is no tv in the room...I didn't notice it on the ad, I thought it's a pretty basic amenity. 3. The towels are worn out and had seen better days. Some were also stained. However clean. 4. The sink had the beginning of mold stains....

The place is perfect it has everything you need. It's comfortable, the bed the room the bathroom. It has a tiny fridge. And a common area where you can make yourself a coffee or have cold water. I will definitely choose it again and it looks like the photos. It's a self check in place so they give you some codes before and you can enter the place and the room by yourself.
