The superior room hardly justifies such a name. Poor cleanliness. Old things from previous guests in the fridge. There is no real shower in the bathroom, only a tap on the wall, so after showering water is everywhere. Please note that the only thing separating you from the outside is a thin plastic layer with doors and windows where the doors don't seal at all and the handle was broken. There was a celebration on the streets both nights I was there, so I was not able to sleep until 3-4am when parties stopped.

It's centrally located, close to the Old city and close to the stores, caffees, restaurants. The staff was responsive before my arrival on emails.

That’s a cozy a neat place. The room was small but nice and clean. The lobby has some water cooler/heater as well as free coffee which was very pleasant.

The hotel was well located for transport and sightseeing, the room was absolutely adequate for my purposes and access to the hotel was well controlled.

If there's volunteer working, being careful their behavior and always repeating, I'm not working here because you wonder what they do here finally and not always friendly so it's giving the good impression in my point of view.

The location is great close from everything. The room is spacious and perfect for few days. Daniela and Joshua were very friendly and helpful and always available for questions 🙃 Great to stay there very cosy like home.

The check-in experience was unprofessional, there was no one there, and we had to find the keys ourselves. The key broke when we tried to open the door.

The location is amazing, well connceted and central. The price is also quite attractive. The owner was available at all times in WhatsApp.

We enjoy Zion Hotel. This is the second time we stayed there and we love our room. We feel at home and the personal are really fantastic. If we have the privilege to come back to Jerusalem we will book the same hotel, same room and hopefully are the staff still there.

The hotel is close to a shopping area and there was a musician playing late in the evening even though it was a working day. There was also not really a view from the room. To enter you had to press and wait for the staff to let you in, whilst a key or door code would be better.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean, but basic. There was coffee in the foyer. The location was fine for access to the old city.

AC should be cleaned asap, there was water under it. Also there was a smell of unfresh water in the room due to it.

Close to centrum. good price for what you got compared to other hotels. Nice staff open 24/7. you get a fridge on the room and free coffee.

the cleanliness was rather okay, but not that bad. you had to ring a doorbell to enter the hotel and staff was there 24/7, but one time we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to open up.

Bathrooms could be cleaner.

Good location next to a lot of restaurants and super market. There’s a fridge in the room and it’s only a 20 min walk to the old city. Nice staff and good value considering how expensive Jerusalem is.

Absolutely best place of the town to stay. Walking distance to the Old Town, vibrant area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
