“I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and I would like to share my feedback regarding the experience. First of all, I sincerely thank you for permitting us an early check-in and for the kind words of welcome from Madam. even though you gave us little grace hour too on next morning, but before that we checked out from the premises,Your gesture was truly genuine, and I deeply appreciate it. The room itself was comfortable and well-arranged, and I especially wish to thank Mr. Ayush, who was the only staff member to greet us warmly with a smile and polite conversation. I was there for a treatment in chennai so we dint ask for WIFI. And about the breakgfast was it a complimentry one? we werer not aware of that,. Once again, thank you for the room and the early check-in permission. With a little attention to cleanliness and staff attitude, your hotel has the potential to offer a much more welcoming experience.”
