Nice place in the price range. Room is big & Wifi is excellent and good if you want to catch-up on work. Location is great with all the beaches and important places of North Goa nearby. The place is very clean. It also has a clean swimming pool and a 24/7 guarded security, which makes the place super safe to travel at anytime. Had a great experience at the stay!!

ABHISHEK THE HOST OF THIS PROPETY IS VERY CHILL.. THE FACILITIES AND THE AMBIENCE IS QUITE GREAT. THE PROPERTY IS IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY. ALL BEACHES NEARBY. Such a a beautiful apartment.Had a pleasant stay. With kids it’s a perfect holiday home. Specially swimming pool.. had fun with kids. Moreover the location which is minutes away from calangute, baga & anjuna make it more advantageous. The stay was very nice & comfortable. Appliances working, everything clean & hygienic. The amenities offered are perfect for a family trip.Beautiful view from the balcony. Note - Great value, central location, nice clean room" amazing value. Perfect location. A nice quiet place, it was a delightful experience. Must say one of the best apartment i experienced for a stay along with my family. The apartment was neat, clean and really beautiful with all the required appliances and kitchenware. Best part about this apartment is situated in prominent location which is closer to baga as well as anjuna. The complex is beautiful with big swimming pool and good greenery. the host was always approachable and helpful, always available within minutes. And finally the complex security was brilliant and really helpful guard. Overall, if you are looking for decent beautiful apartment for your family then simply go for it. Worth the money!💰

Best stay ever.... I must say this...this is my first solo trip to Goa and I was so worried about the place and comfort.... but the owners assured me the safety and comfort... also suggested me lot of places.. very friendly owners... the place was very clean and hygiene.... the balcony view was amazing... Excellent stay with excellent location, ,extremely clean & comfortable also very reasonable price . Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly owner , they makes our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this place to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. This will be my go to place from now on when ever I come to Goa.. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Amazing place to stay. Every small thing is so perfectly arranged at this beautiful apartment. Well equipped kitchen, clean and neat rooms, nice balcony.Place is center to almost all the places. Undoubtedly best stay at Goa!. Property/ resort is very well maintained

See and zoom in my photos before making decision to stay or not to stay. The apartment is in dire need of thorough cleaning. Bathroom and kitchen sink fixtures and shower have build up scums (photos #1, #2). Spider web in the ceiling corners and curtain. The fan hood above the stove is covered with grease (photo #3). Unorganized and unsightly cleaning items for the cleaning lady are stored under the bathroom sink (photo #4). The bed and bed linen seem to come from second hand store (photo#5). The kitchen wares are shabby, worn out, handle is losely attached (photo #6). The dinner wares were mismatched. We have to ask for toiletry like towels for feet wipe, shampoo, body wash, toilet tissue. Only then, it was provided. We asked for dish washing liquid and Abishek says to use the "stuff" in the nasty looking container next to the sink with some playdoh-like green stuff for dish cleaning (photo #7) . Sorry, I wouldn't even go near that stuff. The trash cans are so dusty and dirty that should belong to warehouse shop not inside a home (photo #8). The water flow in the shower and bathroom sink is very weak. The TV remote control was missing from previous rental and was not promptly replaced. The microwave was plugged into a faulty outlet. No one came to fix it. With all the dirty build up, I wonder what kind of cleaning was done prior to check in. Perhaps only changing the bed sheets (I hope) and sweeping the floor. The apartment is in dire need of thorough cleaning, attention to detail and replacement of junky household items to better quality ones. Neighborhood is randomly noisy, car or motor Apartment should have soundproof windows. Host/owner is dishonest: good reviews came from friends and family members, at least we know for sure his wife puts in review of 10. Also, he asked us to pay by cash instead of credit card as stated on booking.com so that he can cancel the booking and asked us to say that we did not stay when booking.
