It is a village themed property , mud cottages offer a rustic and serene experience. It is peaceful ambiance , breathtaking views , and delicious food . The staff is very friendly and helpful . Are you seeking for a naure-friendly retreat with warm hospitality and a village-like atmosphere.

Getting to the hotel is a bit of a pain as it's further off from the city centre and one has to pass through this awful road (courtesy the Mohan Meakin Distillery's refusal to fix their private road) which stretches for a couple of kilometres. The setting is a little rustic as advertised but I wasn't too charmed by it. Also, one should call ahead and ask about their neighbours and if you are traveling with your family you should make sure you aren't next to a boisterous boys group playing loud music that echoes in the hills till very, very late. I also thought that the food, although good, was a tad overpriced, but I guess that's how these places make their money.

The staff is wonderful. Waking up with a mountain view is also perfect. I also liked the food here except the breakfast which was very basic. It is one of those resorts where you spend the entire weekend at the resort without venturing out much. The great staff and service make the experience worth it. Please tip them well.

The 3-4 km road stretch to reach this place is really bad. The place is not v suitable for elderly people due to high amount of stairs

housekeeping in general was tardy, the staff comprised mostly of what seemed like freshers with no experience, and hence needed to be told how to clean even the floor. the restaurant could do with proper air-conditioning…

the rooms and the open space outside our room were comfortable, the restaurant staff was very nice, they accommodated for our needs.

Approach road to the resort (a km approx) needs immediate repair.

Location is great! Far from the city rush and the crowd. Calm, peaceful stay in the woods. You actually get to see rare birds and hear chirping! Watch stars in a crystal clear sky. Nicely managed and maintained property. Lots of walkways, aesthetically crafted huts and surroundings. Food was good. Courteous staffs led by Mr. Hardev, always ready to help with a smiling face.

In facilities they mentioned they have in house cafe and bar but when asked for the same, the staff said we have a shop where snacks are available and they are not aware of the cafe or bar. Please look into this.

The location and the room is awesome. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Complete privacy was there.

It was not possible to pay with Credit card or in Euro/Dollar.The next ATM is 20 minutes away by car. I also got no receipt from a unfriendly and unflexibel reception Manager :-(

It would be nice if the menu could also be printed in English. But, having said that, the staff will talk you through it.

The absolute peace and tranquility of the hotel. The staff were wonderful and simply couldn't do enough for you. If however, you are hoping for a fully wifi connection to the world, forget it. This place is just for scenery and relaxation far from the mading crowd.

This hotels is only for average local Indians. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty, No bottled water! Menu is only available in Hindi. Staff were sweet but simple but management were not very nice. Also I was so disappointed that I checked out the next day and they would not offer any refunds even though they lied on their booking.com adverts

Location was peaceful but is nothing to do here. On there booming.com profile they stated they are 250m from centre - this is a LIE! More like 5km!!!!

The booking does not show anywhere that their lowest category of cottage does not have an air conditioning. The property also faces powercuts, and there is no back up. The location is secluded and roads to the location are also a hassle to reach. The condition of the roads to reach there is pathetic. They have put a wrong location to mislead the customers.
