The bathroom looks old and could use some freshening up. The tiles can use a good scrub, replacement of toilet seat,... Although it is often the case in India, there were many stains among which a bloodstain on the bedsheets. I don't put energy anymore in asking to change them. Communication could be better. No reply on messages on booking.com or on whatsapp even after receiving another number.

Lovely house with beautiful large colourfull rooms. Nicely decorated. The man who showed us our room was very friendly and smiling. Although his English is limited he did his best to help us as much as he could. We appreciated it very much. It is very quiet at night. We loved the rooftop terrace as well as the private balcony with hammock.

The building is just so so beautiful and furnished really nicely. The location is nice and quiet. The room and balcony were super cozy and felt very homely and warm.

Maybe a couple more pillows for reading in bed! And an armchair, or deck chairs for the balcony, otherwise everything was great! Complimentary breakfast would be good, as done in many other guesthouses.

Stella made the nicest breakfasts every day and was very friendly and helpful The room was as advertised, only better, it was spacious and comfortable; good value for the money paid. It was very hot outside so I didn't use the balcony much, but it was handy for drying washing I loved my room, the colours were very welcoming and it was near the upstairs deck area, which was also very nice.

There are a lot of stairs to climb for the rooftop rooms - but the view was worth it.

My room & the rooftop were beautiful and well decorated. So much color! I felt at home. The watchman is very kind and always welcomed me back after a long day of exploring. It’s on a quiet street.

A bit far from white town, 20 minutes walking distance

Beautiful and colourful guesthouse, the manager Mr. Benny is very helpful in every possible way. You can rent a scooter delivered at the Guesthouse without giving away the passport. Free water, free use of a kettle and cups + plates. Wonderful rooftop terrace.

It is about 15/20 mins walk from the edge of whitetown but it's an easy walk just don't want to do it multiple times a day. Breakfast was fine but quite expensive for what you got (eggs, basic bread, coffee and small bananas)

Absolutely loved staying here. The room was lovely and big, colourful and comfortable. AC that worked but not really needed as room kept itself quite cool. Hot water heater that was super hot. Nice desk space and plugs everywhere for charging things. Lovely balcony with sitting hammocks to chill out in. Rooftop was great with lots of tables as well as comfy seating, sun loungers and hammocks. Small kitchen with kettle, plates and cutlery. If you don't feel like walking to town you can order food from swiggy.

It was too far out from the White Town for us to walk in and the walk was unpleasant so we needed to use Tuk Tuks.

Just be aware that the location is a bit separated from the city center (approx 15-20 min. walk) which is not too bad but not ideal either.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, the rooms are spacious and clean and have terraces with hammocks, the common area is beautiful and comfortable, the staff are incredibly helpful and responsive with anything you need. The value for money is incredible.

My only issue was the distance to the tourist areas of Pondicherry which was about a mile away which I had to do a couple times a day dodging crazy traffic but I accepted it was a form of exercise.

Lovely property with a balcony and view over green fields to the sea. Large room and great big bathroom with adequate hot water for showers. A nice kitchen for guests and outdoor seating for socializing. A really great place.

We arrived at 6 am in the morning. There is no 24h reception. Therefore we waited for 2 hours to check-in. Despite there were a lot of empty rooms, we had to wait until noon for our check-in. A lot of little children live in the hotel. As a consequence it can be very loud.

the room and the terrace are very beautiful. The owner organized a bike for us, since you have to walk for 20 minutes to the city center.
