No room boys in any floor. Poor quality of towels. TV is not working and can't call for assistance by ur phone provided in the room. Call assistance nos r not provided in the room. Only one towel(not washed well) given for my 2days stay for 2members.plugpoints r not charging the cellphones.

they did not clean room or did not clean properly when requested. the tariff card for single room was much less and they seem to have confused with an earlier cancelled booking of mine. Only soap and towel are in toiletries no paste or shaving set

The location and the room along with restaurant are good. The reception staff were supportive but not sure of room staff. Wifi is good but having to connect seperate wifi networks for each floor is trouble

Some two to three years back, I found this hotel and stayed. It was very nice. The management was warm. The staff were good. The stay was good etc. I think now the hotel is doing good business. Or may be the management has changed. The following things made my stay of less than 12 hours sad. 1. The booking was through Booking.com. We reached very very tired. In the reception, they first wanted the payment. This was not the case last time. 2. There were no towels in the bathroom. Had to ask and wait for it, with only one good Room Boy, who patiently had to run back and forth. 3. There was no hot water. Reason: They have changed to Soalr during day and will switch on centralised geyser only early in the morning. It was never done the next day morning, The room boy brought 1 bucket of hot water after an hour and that too when we expressed our displeasure, 4.There was no stool in the bathroom, especially to help aged people like us. 5.Only two pillows and had to ask and wait for another. 6.Morning 6:30 am, the reception took an order for coffee and after 40 minutes the room boy comes and says, it has to be bought outside only and needed money to bring it. 7.The worst response is from 3 people (one girl included) in the reception, who treated us like some enemies or beggars and ensured that not even one smile will come out of them. 8.I will never in my life will visit this hotel again.
