We had a great stay at the villa! The meals were absolutely delicious—both veg and non-veg options were yummy. The caretaker was very caring and made us feel at home. The scenic view added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Igatpuri! The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect getaway from the city. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained with all the necessary amenities. The caretaker was polite and very helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious and homely, adding to the overall comfort. Highly recommend this villa if you're looking for a relaxing and refreshing break. Definitely coming back again!

Just one thing, the approach road to the property is not in good shape, something needs to be done to make it better.

The location is apt for a quite stay and it is easy to reach, especially for those coming from Mumbai. The bungalow is nicely designed and built for a relaxing stay. The case taker was extremely helpful and met most of our requirements of food. Would surely want to visit again.

Villa is beautiful...very well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. All the care is taken to give a pleasant experience to the people coming for stay. Caretaker is very helpful and cooks delicious food. Villa owners are too very friendly and co-operative!! Location wise also very close to Railway station...still situated amidst junglel and lush greenery...Great experience!! During monsoons, roads can be bit challenging due to mud and slope. Rest otherwise Great experience!!!

Location. Very well maintained house. Every amenity needed is there. Can accommodate bigger groups, though we were only a family of four. Karoke facilities, ping pong swimming pool, carroms. Pet friendly.

The road outside can be accessed only with an SUV . In a very bad shape . The property is not clean at all . The linen , curtains etc are worn out and dusty . Bathrooms are not clean. Unbelievable that we found a used sanitary napkin upon check-in . So much for cleaning.Rain water seeps into the floor at various places . The food is average with a caretaker who is not so friendly .Food charges are like a 5 star restaurant . Do not expect a morning tea before 10 am. The whole place is slippery

This was horrible experience , when we reached after 4 hours drive and then we wer I formed that they had canceled our booking. It was showing booking confirmed on app, still they denied entry. Owner didn't pick up phone or reply to msges.. the road to that leave is horrible... no proper parking or pathways to walk to that place. When we went at property to talk with carr taker we saw that the swimming pool is very small and unclean. Glad we didn't stay at that place. I would never recommend that place to anyone.

No proper access road, no proper parking available. Our vehicle was stuck in mud for 1 hour. No one from property to help us. Three bed rooms mentioned in Booking app with double bed. Only two bedrooms have proper double bed. Third bedroom has only sofa cum bed. Owner is rude, to the extent owner said that he didn’t come to us to book the property. On app it’s mentioned advanced payment not needed but owner demanded and I have to pay advance money. Swimming pool is such small in size and also was not clean!!! Access road is full of small stones, you can’t think of having senior citizens to the villa. Totally uncomfortable and rude experience owner gave us. I don’t recommend this property
