This hotel is just a trash.we stated 4 nights there through booking.com.At first they gave us a room in which no push shower was attached in toilet for use. They then changed that room after complaining that matter. We got another room which was full of bugs. We couldn’t sleep a night in that hotel. Because of booking.com policy, we couldn’t cancel that shitty hotel. They didn’t provide any toiletries, tissues,shampoo nothing. Only two sopa was given. Don't you ever try this shittiest hotel.This hotel is a total scam

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ab-i-Hayat, the location is the best, just few steps away from Dal Lake and Boulevard road. the hotel seemed recently renovated and was well maintained. It also has a gym on the ground floor and its an amazing part of the hotel. We were tourists who traveled from UAE and were very impressed by the professional conduct and helpful nature of the hotel staff. We recommend all families to stay here, its great value for money
