Stayed here for the second time and everything was great just like the last time. AC worked even in peak summer which is rare in Goa with beach front properties. Would have stayed longer but they’re winding down for the season.

The hosts could have been a bit more helpful. Also they offer activities or transportation overpriced compared to if you find them yourself.

The location is perfect, close to a lot of restaurant and next to the best beach, Patnem. The sea view from the room is amazing.

Amazing little resort on Colomb bay just a few minutes walk from Patnem Beach and 20-25 mins walk from Palolem. Great views from the rooms and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This point is not about the property itself, but it’s important to know that there are many dogs in the area that bark a lot during the night. If you are sensitive to noise, it is recommended to have earplugs.

The hotel was very nice and clean, with a beautiful view of the beach—just like the photos, or even better in real life. The people at the property were kind and helpful. Even when I was sick (food poisoning), they went to the pharmacy to buy medicine for me, which helped a lot.

The resort is beautiful, everything is perfect and you really feel relaxed there. The staff were amazing, especially the manager, he helped us so much with information, taxis etc. The location is perfect, it’s very quiet but you are only a few minutes walk away from Patnem beach. The outside space is extremely relaxing and inside the rooms is spacious and beautifully done. We ordered a breakfast from the restaurant facing the resort which was a really nice touch and ensured we made the most out of our outdoor space in the mornings. Thank you for an incredible stay- we did not want to leave!

The water in the shower wasn’t very warm. And the toilet sprayer was broken. Otherwise a really good stay.

The location was perfect. The restaurant across the road had wonderful food and was affiliated with the resort so eating there was so easy. The views at sunset were fantastic and the staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.

Having to leave!!

This has to be the best, uninterrupted view of the sea in South Goa. It truly is so peaceful and special. Kamlesh and his team were wonderful! Always on hand, nothing was too much trouble. The service from them was exceptional! Cannot recommend staying here highly enough! Restaurant across from the bungalows very good and plenty of others in walking distance.

Some loud music in the evenings from a place across the cove, but it generally stopped around 1030pm. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper but did not keep me from sleeping.

The location was perfect. Wonderful ocean views but in between Patnem and Palolem beaches so it was more secluded and private than accomodations on those beaches. Also, the owner's restaurant and beach recommendations were on point - we loved everything he suggested. Easy to walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, etc.

The view from the room was beautiful and the room was clean. The aircon worked really well. I know that some people have reported cold water but we didn’t have that problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful :)

The room could be quite loud in the morning with outside noises from animals and birds, but this didn't detract from the stay.

We loved our stay here. The room was perfect and the view over the bay was stunning with gorgeous sunsets. The staff were all so nice and really helpful and it's a great location for Patnem, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great value and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
