Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We couldnt sleep the whole night as the beds were not in good condition. Both the beds were making loud cracking noise even while simply sitting on the bed. We had plans to visit temple early but due to gyser not working in one bathroom we ran late and our whole schedule was compromised. I tried texting the owner n called him for help but no response or action was taken. The best part was house was very clean and hygienic as i wanted with my small baby.

We had a very disappointing experience with this property. Despite receiving a confirmed booking from Booking.com, the property failed to provide us the reserved room. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no confirmation from their end, and that the responsibility lies between us and Booking.com — completely disregarding their accountability. What made the situation worse is that we were traveling with a 2-year-old child and had chosen this property specifically for its attached kitchen, which was essential for our needs. We even contacted the property directly a day prior to our arrival to reconfirm our booking, and they acknowledged it. However, once we reached, they simply directed us to their guest house (which was not what we booked or paid for), and offered no genuine apology or compensation. This lack of professionalism and empathy was truly unacceptable. It caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience for our family, and we would not recommend this place to anyone, especially to those traveling with children or relying on specific amenities.

I didn't like anything. Please verify this listing once.
Literally they didn't provide a home stay, they just mentioned home stay. Once we book the home stay last they will cancel and arrange the lodge. Is the main business.

Although cleanliness was maintained but we have to ask for it everyday. Unless we have asked them, they didn't come on a few days.
I liked the facilities with kitchen which is good for a long stay to prepare food on ur own. Other facilities include wifi connection which was good.

Need own Transporation to access this location. There is no hotel/Restaurant near by otherwise Value for money.
Value for money and providing facilities to cook as well. Appreciated. Owner and servants are responding in prompt. I appreciated them. Good.

I book a home stay. Get confirmation mail and when I contacted Phone number provided by booking.com Person on opposite side conferm that booking. All these conversations was 1 day before booking. But On the day of chechin when I request him my property address. He provide me a number. I call that number he also conferm the booking and share me a lodge location. When I reach lodge they tell all home stay are full and give me options to take a room in lodge, Lodge was very bad and had only small room to adjust we 5 person. They charge extra amount. For single room They charge 2600 for one ac room While mh booking was 2300 rs for 2 room in home stay. It is clear cut cheating by property providers. They cheat 4 person on the same way on that day.
