Staff at swimming pool were rude .Swimming pool cleaning service was done even when we were inside the pool. When asked for 5min to 10 minutes wait time the cleaning staff argued with us that it was not swimming hrs.So proper swimming time has to be clearly mentioned at the swimming pool So that the visitors do not have to argue or feel uncomfortable while swimming and don't have to deal with rude behavior of your cleaning staff.

The stuffs lied about cleanliness at first. They reported that they cleaned without changing the bedsheet, or cleaning the floor. However, the management sent them repeatedly after I complained.

The adaptability and management of the resort to our requests were phenomenal. Especially the kitchen is really good.

The bathroom does not have glass encloser for dry and wet area, so it was always wet. And the wardrobe is inside the bathroom making things much worse. Also the lid of the commode was loose and it has stain and some area it was discolored. Even after informing it was found that they are helpless to fix. Backlit of the tv panel burned in the 1st day which we promptly informed and it got severed from the tv line. Finally the staff and the reception person were very attentive, cordial and it saved the day even after having these issues. Kudos to the staff.

The resort required little bit of cleanliness..also some basic stuff like water tubes for little kids for swimming also a shower room near the pool.. the indoor games should include 2-3 more n a seperate room

I like everything there, the cottages,the pool,the lightings, location n also the staffs were very polite.. The food was also good.. also I did like the open space there n some basic children playing stuffs

Door locks were not proper, my fingers are paining and at last keys were stuck in the door and they fix the card swap. Thankful i showed some present of mind the kept the balcony door lock open so we could open the door from balcony (once the key got stuck in the door)

Neither wifi worked nor their television in the room. Washroom doesn't even have a simple exhaust fan. Hygeine and maintenance are towards poorer side

A destination wedding was scheduled....they broke the peace and tranquility of the place and there was lot of chaos Plus the property has 4 floors but is devoid of any lift facility

Service of the kitchen staff was not upto the mark. We had to tell several times for drinking water, and next morning we got it.

Surprising the payment had to be thru Gpay which is as good as cash , there was no facility to take payment against card …. Which was ridiculous !!

The wifi should be available at rooms as well.. The cable connection was pathetic... As we were travelling for leisure we didn't care much about that.. But wifi is a must
