No electric cattle, no fridge, no toothpaste, walls with peeling out paint at base as if damped. Only sandwiches and tea in the breakfast. The receptionist gave us Google location of the hotel very late which caused a lot of discomfort

Room was a bit small and there were plenty of mosquitoes in the room when arrived. We were provided with the repelient after the complain.

The staffs were really helpful and friendly. It is a budget hotel, thus could not complain much on the services. Room was clean and served the purpose of crashing the night; ideal for short stays. I think all the hotels location shown on booking.com are in this area called Mahipalpur and is the nearest from the IGI airport. Aerocity is another option but for a premium class hotels. Anyways, Devarana was a good stay for a couple of days.

Location in the heart of aerocity, the location of the hotel is very convenient for people who need to get in and get away quickly. Our room also very clean with sufficient space have it. The staff was uniformly courteous and professional. I would heartily recommend them to anyone who is on a business trip and needs to find a place which doesn’t burn a hole in your pocket.

Dirty. Extremely dirty. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Damp walls. Holes and hairs (not ours!) in the linen. Also, at check in, the night team leader tried to con me by changing the amount to pay. He offered to being the price down if I cancelled my booking through the Booking.com app. When I refused and advised I would report this to Booking.com, they brought down the price to the original one - I will report this issue to Booking. The room was not at all as what appeared in the description or pictures. The hotel is not a few minutes walking from the airport - it took the taxi around 20min (at night, without traffic). The “continental breakfast buffet” was actually a cup of tea and a piece of bread smeared with some butter, all brought to us in a black plastic bag. They said the buffet was not open that day due to low occupation. We were told to eat breakfast in the filthy room. There is clearly some sort of mafia, as we were surprised that the reviews were so good so we double checked - the reviews are fake as most have the exact same pictures (fake, by the way) uploaded. I can’t understand how Booking.com has not noticed this.

Loved the short stay! Breakfast menu was great from great selections! Room service was too good, at night when ac wouldn't lower temperature, we called them and they soon set the temperatures as needed. Not only that, they helped with extra fan in the room immediately, which generally other hotels hesitate to provide. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting to feel comfortable and at home. In summary, great friendly staff to compliment the ambiance and facilities!
