Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Exceptional Stay at Airport RTS Hotel I had the pleasure of staying at **Airport RTS Hotel **and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front office Mr kailash who made the check-in process seamless and welcoming. They were not only efficient but also very friendly, taking the time to ensure all my needs were met. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The service was outstanding throughout my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

My stay here at Hotel airport rts was absolutely amazing. A short trip from the airport and surrounded by plenty of shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. were all very professional and kind. Will definitely come back to stay next time I’m visit Delhi. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Very helpful staff, reasonable price. Location close to Delhi Airport. Clean fresh and tasty breakfast. Room very clean and the AC /fan was working properly. Pickup and drop off at the airport worked with 100% accuracy and no hustle whatsoever. Strongly recommended for a short or longer stay in the capital for whatever reason. Will come again.

The staff is great and professional: they provide us their taxi for Airport free of charge. The also opened the restaurant at 4 am in the early morning for only my wife and myself. The internal travel agency is competent, Customer focused with honest prices.

Comfortable hotel, on the Airport route but in a very quiet location, I mean was very courteous and professional. She looked after us so well, from check in ,cooked breakfast and airport information would definitely stay here again if we visit RTS HOTEL. Nothing to dislike, everything was good 😊

Excellent hotel, well run, larg modern and comfortable rooms , and close to the airport. If you want a need room with runway view you will need to request well before check in. Recommend this palace.
