IndiaNone actually, However, for the clients who book their stays for more than a week should be given 1 day free stay for the entire week stays. It would motivate customers to keep coming back to the hotel, especially when they come in group or with family.
To begin with, Mr.Ravi at the reception was superb in accommodating customers. Quickest check -in process experienced, chef cooks some delicious food. Room service boys are excellent, especially the boy from West Bengal, he is quite respectful around women and he is courteous. It was like living in comfort of your own home. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for budget friendly, clean, super healthy local breakfast, I would book this hotel again.

IndiaThe check in time is 12 noon, and I reached at 8 am. The hotel charged Rs 500.00 extra for early check in. But there was no information about this in the mail or any other mode of communication that the Hotel had with me. On what basis they charged 500 rupees is also not clear, as there is no standard rate for this mentioned anywhere in the Bookings.com or in the hotel confirmation mail/message. This is a very dishonest way of taking extra money from the guests. Guests will arrive in a city early morning to do their work for the day. If the hotel keeps 12 noon as the check-in time, then obviously they will get many chances to extract extra payment from the guests in the name of early check-in. Very unfair.

IndiaThe rooms are not clean and linens have stains in it. The room didn't have a proper table where if we need to use. Only bed and a corner table where in we couldn't add a chair so that we could sit and work. TV size was 14 inch Or smaller which is very bad for this budget. Bathrooms have hard water stains and breakfast options where very limited ones

India25. Beautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.
