Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the blankets had some stains but it was washed and hygienic.however it felt bad to see the stains in my bed.. but yes it's paart and parcel.

Parking lot need to be paved and better illuminated...Ramps ith handrail shall be provided at the entry point for the asked of Sr.CitizensGood...Quality of the beverages like coffee and tea served on need basis should be improved...Alternatively electric kettle and few sachets of milk powder and instant coffee/ tea may be kept..One water bottle per occupant may be provided along with toiletries...Also for wash room liquid soap shall be provided.

Good for comfortable stay, just what do you need if you need a place just to rest up. Rooms were clean, staff were good.

The room I was in was a bit stuffy - I could feel the blocked nose occasionally. May be due to some allergic issues.
Clean rooms, hot water availability, swift checkin and checkout etc.

The room was quite small. There was a smoking smell just outside the room in the hallway. No breakfast facilities. A sign on the board behind the room door mentioned tea coffee was available 24/7 but when we tried to contact reception in the morning around 6.30 am we got a disengaged tone as if they had disconnected the phone. Rooms were sprayed with a room spray that leaves a residue and makes the floors slippery which could be an hazard.
The rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff were very quick and accomodating to change our room when we complained about slippery floor in the main room and bathroom in the room we were initially given. Even taxi drivers were provided a common room to sleep in and a common bathroom. Hot shower was good.

Hospitality and compactness of the Rooms. Nearby to the bus stand and walkable 10 min from busstand.
The Hotel located in the Prime location but bit walkable from Bustand. Not visible from outside. The Rooms are compact and good thing is separate bath room and toilet which is normally noy in any big holtels.

The WiFi of the hotel didn’t reach our room. There was another free WiFi that was not working well at all. They did not accept card, although I gave my card details for the online payment. They told us that their POS was not working that day, just because they preferred cash. Only Indian option for breakfast
The room was big. They also did not ask for money for the extra water we requested

Wifi network and internet speed was terrible. My devices had a hard time even identifying the network. I had to ask for toilet paper/tissue. No housekeeping.

The property had advertised futon beds for the third person (we travelled as 3 adults), but when we checked in, we were only provided a mattress laid on the floor. The hotel is located on a side road and not easily identifiable. The parking is behind the hotel and accessible only from the road behind.
It is a neat and clean place with clean beds and washroom. The room is well lit and spacious (we stayed in Junior Suite). The property is new. The lift is modern and smooth. Checkin was breezy. The hotel had adequate parking, but was in the road behind and you had to enter through the backdoor from parking lot.

They should serve breakfast in the hall below. .Also maybe a washing machine for use on a paid basis .Otherwise excellent.
Mr Balaji the manager ,Mr Thomas and Manik Nandan were very helpful , courteous and went out of their way to help .Has Wifi now . Location is best found by asking the Taxi or Auto driver to go to Yaggapa School which is very well known .Plenty of restaurant nearby for all pockets .Quite, very clean place there are even hospitals nearby .Strongly recommend .

Staff told me that out of 2 rooms booked, only 1 room was ready. we had to wait for 30-45min to get 2nd room. Breakfast option was not at all good. They get the food from nearby shop (low quality, quantity was more).
