How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my stay. The staff was unhelpful and not at all friendly—especially the manager, Shivam, who was downright rude. Most rooms (except the expensive ones on the 4th floor) have no view, and with construction going on all around the property, the surroundings were just unpleasant. On top of that, the location is tricky to find, and even local taxi/auto drivers had trouble getting there. Breakfast was a letdown, just 2-3 options, and whatever was on the buffet was sent to the room, with nothing else available. And to make it worse, the food was cold and tasted stale. I was honestly glad I had protein bars with me. Dinner was average, but they kept reminding me to order before 10 PM because the kitchen shuts down early. The terrace also felt way smaller than it looked in the pictures. Overall, I really wish I had stayed somewhere else.

Would love to comeback again. The only small drawback is food items were limited in the hotel but overall had an amazing stay!!

Verified reviewThe hotel is very beautiful, with spacious, elegantly designed rooms and breathtaking views. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money with stylish and attractive design.
two issues disturbed my stay. First, all rooms in the hotel share the same entry code *(number), which means when I accidentally went to the wrong room, I was able to enter someone else's room. This does not provide a sense of security. Second, initially I was placed in a first-floor room next to the dining area, where I constantly heard noise during breakfast and dinner times. Only after paying an additional fee was I moved to a second-floor room with a better view and no noise disturbances. The location is neither in Bagso nor in Dharamakot. You need to walk about ten minutes uphill/downhill to reach either of these nearby centers.

Verified reviewThe staff was cordial and helped us to get whatever best was possible to manage however the facilities were not upto the mark. The geyser had a cut off time of 15mins. the lights were linked to TV. And many such things. The staff was the only good thing about the stay over there.
The place was so absurd, no proper road to reach there. The facilities were also not great.

Noisy guests with children that were disrespectful to other paying guests. They were loud and disturbing up until late night. Same was the case with the loud music from the rooftop bar. There were always one or other promotional activities during the weekend from Friday to Sunday, either band or deejay music. Not a place for those looking for a peaceful and tranquil stay.

The rooms are clean and very nicely built with some delicious food options. The rooftop cafe is just bliss for morning view and hot coffee. Looking forward to visit soon again.
