The room felt a bit rough and ready but that's acceptable. Maybe a few dhurries might help. The really big minus was the dirty toilet. The housekeeping supervisor should pay more attention to how the toilets are being cleaned.

The food was really awesome.. fresh and piping hot.The service was prompt and the staff were attentive and friendly. Special mention Ms. Sangeeta. Loved the ambience and quiet serenity of the place. The room had all the amenities like kettle fridge and hairdryer.

As we two families went wd our kid for leisure time there and in winters bonfire is the necessity of the winter’s leisure evening but they refuse to do bonfire giving a lame excuse of “lakdi gili h” which is very disappointing. In winters they should have kept their wood in some safe place. and there was no dance performance or cultural activity in the resort.. they have just locked up you in the room.. I recommend the stay in Ram Bihari palace where my brother in law went early december .. everything was there..

The property is undoubtedly spacious and clean and the food is also homely , the best part of our stay was our breakfast and dinner. and its the cleaniness.
