Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff at the reception should be taught how to meet and greet you. They were not friendly

Not much for family travellers. Restaurant staff not properly trained to attend to guests requirement. They struggle to Communicate in Hindi/English. May be their background from interior India makes it difficult for them. The Restaurant needs atleast two or more smart staff speaking hindi/english. The Check in Procedure was slow.
The Ambience is Good from outside. Room facilities were good.

I tried to cancel my stay for major circumstances but no one has ever replied to my different attempts (email, whatsapp, phone calls) nor to Booking.com 's customer service attempts. This was very disappointing and troublesome.
This hotel is gorgeous. Very nice equipments, big rooms, beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast (buffet) had a lot of variety and was good. Staff was helpful and nice.

Their staff behavior and listening terms. As they can speak to their managers for our request but they simply refuses our request and did not behave in proper manner
I Have issue with their break fast buffet as we have book for Four days and three nights in which for one day we have to go some where early in morning . So we have requested them to allow us for Night buffet as we have miss our morning buffet , but their reception staff refuses clearly that they didnot entertain this type of request and behave very unprofessionally

No welcome drink/ water offered Was alloted a smaller room than what was booked. Felt short changed Spoke and protested to Priyanka Deputy Manager at night and only then was alloted the booked bigger room. Reservation staff not efficent.

Work going on, very crowded and lit even in late night due to wedding reception which was bang in front of the room. Next day, workers dismantling the set made it look like a construction site
