Cost is bit high. WIFI not working. Cigarette smell on the rooms are really irritating

The room was very clean. Spotless linen. And very quiet room. Very good location. 500 meters from Mysore palace. Also has a government Mysore silk shop in the hotel building

But there was one major issue that detracted from our experience. The room (No. 1003) was nice and spacious. However, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which was a significant drawback. As a basic necessity, a bathroom should have adequate ventilation to maintain hygiene and comfort. Unfortunately, this was lacking in our room. Hopefully, the management will address this issue to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient.

I recently stayed at Ni Ambani Suites on 21-22 July 2025, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! The room was spacious and perfectly suited for couples. The amenities were top-notch - a big wardrobe with ample storage space, a comfortable working area with a desk to use my laptop, a well-lit dressing space, and a plush bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The room was also equipped with a TV, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the night. Overall, I felt it was great value for money. I'd definitely recommend Ni Ambani Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

AC sound was annoying while sleeping, car parking is limited, max 6 cars after that you have to park on the road side in front of nearby shops.

The room alotted to me didn't match with the picture shown in the site, which made me disappointed. Actual picture of different categories helps anybody to choose the right one according to his budget.

The hotel is located close to Mysore palace (7 mins walk) and has a restaurant inside. There's also a saree shop along with Mysore sandal products in the first floor. The rooms are spacious and amenities are good. AC was not functional but after we requested, they gave us another room. Service is good but the food prices are higher compared to other restaurants. Overall a good stay near the city centre.

Our kettle was broken , lack of in room dining area . The remote was not working , Bhaskar was very helpful in replacing all the things . But we had to go somewhere at 6am in the morning . Got delayed .

The staff . Especially Bhaskar were very helpful. However , we had pets , so we were given a large room . But small things like tea kettle etc were not working . Things were sorted out by Bhaskar . Breakfast was simple but light and very delicious

I had an offer through booking.com for the food and beverages which the hotel manager initially refused and accepted it once I showed him the booking. He further denied the discount for another food bill at the venue. I did not like the response from the staff since I checked in. I also had to ask for hot water multiple times at the restaurant and they failed to deliver until I finished my meal. I believe there is maths tuition centre very close to the property and it was very noisy in the morning.

The rooms were spacious, neat and tidy. Had a kettle, hair dryer and water bottles. The restaurant in the building is also good and food tastes delicious expect for their extremely small vada 😆

Breakfast options was less and taste was okayish - Not up the mark. WIFI didn't work thru our entire stay. Which was annoying for a work involved traveller like us.

Location is good. Near to Mysore palace . Accessible to all places. Near to best veg and non veg restaurants. Staffs are polite and well behaved. parking available for cars. Overall smooth experience

The Room wasn't met the expectation, need to renovate and refurbish to meet the expectation. The Ni Ambaari Suites catch room area, not exactly the photograph in the app. Also, Please don't take the self driven car provided by the hotel, instead you can opt for Uber. Or else evening walk can cover most of the places in mysore, since the hotel is in city centre you can have access to all the places. I took Self driven, But they provided a condemned car that's a mistake i have ever did. But, The Manager have fought with that issue and resolved - the money which i paid have came back.

I like the welcome and food NI Ambaari Hotel provides good vegetarian food not the non native foods of Karnataka. If you are traveller love to taste all type of food. The place is yours for Chinese and South-indian foods. The Manager and Bell Boys were very polite and friendly listening to the issues and resolving it within an hour.

Cleaning process is very dirty they clean washroom by towels 😡and in breakfast there is no live counter
