We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaRooms are so congested, you can not move inside. Water from ac is also another issue. Bathroom is so small and because of aome issue water is there in room also There is not even a dustbin in side the room and one present outside contained all possible waste.
It is very close to BHU main gate. Even though no restaurant in hotel, ample restaurants outside. Friendly staff

IndiaShady lodge Booking.com listed room and the room we were given were completely different. When I asked the receptionist, his response was "It is what it is" Bathroom was extremely filthy, the toilet was broken. It was the worst room I had to stay and I only slept for few hours as it was the middle of night in a new city after traveling for 12+ hours, and I wouldn't be able to find another accommodation at the time. Morning, first thing I checked out and ran to better hotel.

IndiaRoom as well as washroom should be clean and mosquito free.
The room quality was not upto the mark. Fan was not working properly. A lot of mosquito was inside the room. Washroom was not cleaned properly.
