Nothing from my side, unfortunately, our friend had a terrible SPA experience and reception service.

The Himalayan mountain view is spectacular from the room. The service in the restaurant is great.

While we were informed in advance about the pool and gym not being functional, but the SPA was also not available as a wedding function was scheduled at the property. Considering the rates, it was disappointing to not have these available at the property (specially the SPA). An event at the property should not be at the inconvenience of other guests.

Its a beautiful property and very well maintained. The rooms are clean and its got a fantastic view of the mountains.

GYM SHOULD START ASAP... AND THE SWIMMING POOL.. I MISSED THESE THERE

THE RESORT LOCATION, DESIGN, STAFF COURTESY AND FOOD WERE AWESOME... WILL DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN. THE STAFF IS VERY CORDIAL AND VERY WARM... GOES EXTRAMILE TO UNDERSTAND YOU AND MAKES YOU COMFORTABLE.

Ambience, food and staff were all very good. Specially Natish, Nakul and Dinesh in front office, Shipa and Pratiksha in restaurant and chef Jiwan.

Check in process was very bad, had an un pleasant experience. The lady was very unprofessional, she was not ready to share the room details unless 50% advance is paid, though one of us was available to complete the process, on insisting the duty manager was called and from there on everything was smooth. Mr. Jitender, the duty manager was very helpful and professional. However we paid 100% and more after we entered our room to avoid further embarrassing moments.

The location is good, view from our room was superb. The mountains view and sunset both were beautiful and amazing from our room balcony. Had a wonderful time and pleasant experience at Storii, the ambience inside the property is also very good, the dining area needs special mention. Staff overall are very good, courteous and very friendly.

Property is understaffed. When we arrived there was not a single fellow at the point where the car drops us, not even a security guard. There was a number mentioned on a board where I called, and subsequently some cart was sent to pick us up after 10 minutes.

The restaurant and bar were extremely overpriced and that seemed to be a deterrent in enjoying the bar and the restaurant. Seating of bar was very open and seemed like it has been placed in the hallway of the passage leading to the restaurant, there was no privacy.

it was located very far from the civilization after crossing the cantonment area, secluded resort with nothing around it. very nice and quiet and lots of time to spend with family. nice activites and games in the property.

Some of the guests can be pests, with their booming speakers and drunken parties in the common area between rooms into the wee hours of the morning, with no courtesy for the sleep needs of other guests.

Chef Amit makes your stay truly memorable. his passion for hospitality shows in his every action. Be it the curating of a menu basis his guests likes or a chat on the area, his warmth adds value to what is even otherwise a super property.

The place is amazing. Very quiet and surrounded by the mountains and pine forests. You need a taxi to go to the main tourist attractions, but it’s also good to be in the rural and quiet surroundings. The staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating.
