We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThey hotel staff did not allow the visitors in the room of the guests. Which I do not approve. As when a person visits a place he coordinates with people in that city for various purposes, which they need to discuss in person.

IndiaI didn't like the way the reception staff behaved with me. First he asked me ID proof which I did share with him. After inspecting the ID he says it is not acceptable as the address on ID is of Bangalore. So when asked why he didn't tell me reason for the same and said I can look for something else as option to stay and that he will not be able to allocate the room to me as my ID card had Bangalore Address. Then I was shocked to hear and bit upset that during bookings this very important condition was not highlighted and I was not ready to find another hotel immediately. Then he said you may leave. Then I requested him if I can share ID with non Bangalore address will he accept that. Then I shared the same with him. Finally I got the keys. I asked him about hot water which said it's available from 12 am midnight till morning 10 am. I had to check out early morning 5 am . I didnt get hot water at morning 4am. When I told him the same for which the reception staff said to drain off two bucket of water that will help bring the hot water. I drained four bucket water but still there was no hot water. I called reception staff and told the same to him. He said then we cannot do much. I asked him if there's any other electric geaser which I can use. He says there's no other geaser other than solar geaser. Then I had to take cold water shower.I asked for payment receipt of my room rent the staff said he will give the same at checkout time. When checked out happened I asked for same the staff said since it's online booking I will not get the same.I don't why but overall they were not customer supporting and had excuses for anything I asked. Very bad staff. Another bad thing about the hotel is they have advertised this buliding as hotel but it's standard of service is worst than lodge and falls down to bad staff.
I just like till the booking then after that it was very bad staff at reception and overall not good feel factor.
