Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The Wifi needs a lot of improvement as i felt it did not work and had to constantly keep using my hotspot

They don't have official parking space, if all spaces occupied, they will park your vehicle little far and it will take time to get your valet parked vehicle. Also, Staff at Reception, does not understand basic language, took so much time in check-in process.

1/ Two single beds was sought. But did not provide 2/ Broken Wardrobe door (Simple things, could have made our stay more pleasing 3/ TV malfunction (simple thing could have checked earlier 4/ Not easy for auto guys to know where to go. Induben kakra became our landmark
Very good and helpful staff. Went to help being very curteous. Accomodative for early check in; and took care of luggage after check out, and helped thru (tips was in their eyes ofc) Simple shopping, and induben kakra near abouts - as we were rushed for a stay 1 day

Replenishments could be improved
What I liked most of this place was its library theme, educationist themed restaurant and walls having heritage building wallpapers, floors remind you of values. In this age of gadget we are fast forgetting books. This place is also pet friendly, staff like Amiya was amicable and helpful. Food was good and sufficient in quantity. Maybe they can think of increasing the number of books and add table lamps on the reading desk. I would definitely say it’s a good place to stay with family and pets. We loved our stay.

Restaurant was pricey. Also they did not have a regular room cleaning schedule and had to be reminded. Same for drinking water. Once reminded, they fulfilled the request.
Location was good. Room was clean and neat. Bathroom was neat and spacious. Supplies were given. Bed was comfy. Extra bed was provided. AC worked.

Checkin was done by a lady who barely said anything and needed multiple prompts to answer a single question. Housekeeping / late night desk staff service very poor. Asked for a spare blanket 4 times. They failed to deliver all for times. Most of the reviews seem to be accurate in their findings of the hotel staff.

Breakfast wasn't included which was a surprise! as an international traveller we are used to have this as a standard. original room we were given was not adquate for our requirements and also had damaged wardrobe ? we got shifted to better room once we complained!
good location for our requirements , staff friendly and willing to help as we initially had a room problem and they changed our room, good wifi and good security, comfortable stay. we managed to hire the banquet hall and that was also a good experience, well delivered.
