IndiaSo let me be straight. 1/ There's a huge huge problem of wifi.Most of the time it.isnt there, so if you have to.work or watch TV please have the same.checked. 2/ Some.bit of washrooms issues, lights switches and TV remotes , Ac switch , these.small.items can be a spoiler. 3/ There's absolutely no gym, it's just a makeshift arrangement and the.pool is very small. 4/ Some times rooms.are damped, especially in Rainy season , they shud use room freshners,smells are bad. 5/ most imp, do.rent a car in advance, mobility is an.issue.as no cabs are available if you want.to swing by to.the beach, hotel doesn't have any arrangement for drop or.pickup.
TBh location was best, we liked restaurant " Tiffin".I would call out the guy Amar, super polite and courteous, always delivered to our breakfast request. The wood fire pizza restaurant was also.good, overall.staff was courteous except a few. There are some good eateries and restaurants close by incase.you are done earing at the hotel, their menu is a limited and portions arrangement small but food is tasty.

United KingdomWe asked for a wake up call at 5am but no one called. Luckily my phone alarm woke us up. If it hadn’t, we’d have missed our flight. I think for a hotel that’s geared towards people flying that this shouldn’t have been missed. We also had to carry our own bags from our room to the car park as the helpful man who then appeared to offer aid turned up after I’d carried two large rucksacks plus three other bags up the stairs.
Beautiful room and a great location for an early morning flight. Great food too.

India1) Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 (which is late in itself). But it actually started at 8:35. Made me late for my 9 am appointment. There is nothing nearby to have another breakfast. So best is to leave early and plan your breakfast somewhere else. 2) The room was not clean (musty smell, could feel the dust on the floor) 3) The hot water was very tepid (almost cold) that too after running the tap after about 10 minutes.

IndiaEverything that could go wrong went wrong - the bathroom had a bad smell and didn’t feel very clean, the linen had very obvious yellow stains, the WiFi was not working for almost the whole time we were there, we were charged twice by the hotel. If you’re charging ~140 usd per night, you can’t have as many red flags as a 1-2 star - absolutely wasn’t worth the money and would not recommend.
The property itself was beautiful and had the potential to be a great resort. Food was decent. Staff was friendly.

India1. SMELLY ROOM: Room was initially smelling of heavy room freshener and we started unpacking. It was after 15-20 minutes that we realized that this was to hide the mouldy smell from all the wooden stuff. It was too late and we had to leave next morning - so we sprayed cologne and wanted to brave it through the night. See mould in the chair and the pelmet 2. ZERO STAR BREAKFAST: We reached for breakfast - and the room was empty except for a family of 6 grudgingly gobbling something. After waiting for 15 minutes, I walked into the kitchen to find staff. There ere two people working - and one came to offer me a limited menu (see the menu). Eggs were not purchased - so only two boiled eggs remained. No water was served … no paper napkins given … no salt/pepper on the table. I had to walk into the 'restricted' Kitchen area, find this person and request these items. 3. STALE FOOD: Biggest issue I had was that THEY SERVE STALE FOOD which is kept in the fridge for days. The sambar given to us was so stale that my wife almost puked after the first bite. I lost my appetite with the smell - and when I complained, this Kitchen guy said "Sambar is usually like that because of tamarind used in the preparation". When I pressurized, he sheepishly kept quiet and went back to the kitchen. My wife was ill for the rest of the day - spoiling the Goa Mood. (See the spat out idly in the plate - sambar was moved to next table because of the stink) 4. INDIFFERENT STAFF: When I complained to the reception while checking out - there were no statements of defence and neither was there any statement of apology. I was handed a form and asked to fill it up because some guy at the reception would take it up with the highest management - because "these things should not happen" 5. UNCLEAN AND UNKEMPT: Room has two balconies both dirty and not cleaned for days. The tree branches were growing into the verandah - and the leaves were full of dust.
Check in was quick when it was near midnight.

Centrally located and easy to travel to North and South Goa. Less travel time to the Airport. Overall ambience of the hotel is very good with a swimming pool and lot of greenery. Staff were polite and eager to help with our queries/requests, and made our stay here very pleasant. In-house restaurant provides reasonable breakfast and various meal options.
